Anyway, whole day yesterday and today’s follow-up the local news did breathless coverage of the cop shooting incident and you never ever hear one mention that the shooter a mooooslem, or anything Ramadan.
All I got from their terrible coverage was that it was a drug bust gone bad, the cop got ambushed.

They’re Somalian?
Last year I finally visited my uncle and aunt up there. My Canadian aunt, who is quite liberal, for some reason was being very apologetic about the local Moslems. Sat paper from Lewiston happened to feature about the wonderful Moslems and their community, which she just had to show me.
I guess we happened to make comments about some news situation and she told us just how quiet and nice the local Somalian Moslems seemed to be.
I prefered my other aunt’s mother’s take on Somalians in her home in MN. She got what they were really like.
