Ok, I'm leaving Chicago to go to Atlanta (I know, I know, one murdering violent hell-hole to another) and see my brother Laz.
Any parting words of advice from all of you who know him best?
Should I up the life insurance?
Last time I was at the Varsity it was really crowded.
The guy taking our order was about to have a nervous breakdown.
Whatta ya have whata ya have.Cracked us up.
Then went back to the Tech campus to watch pledges
try to roll eggs up a hilly sidewalk with their nose..
The traffic is pretty darn bad there.

Oh, for "Safe travels".
Georgia Aquarium...really awesome. Dolphin show is ‘da bomb.’
LMAO..oh yeah, that fits.
He told you he lives in Atlanta? Really?
You sure?
Stay away from Five Points. Go up the 575 to places like Jasper , Elijay, or Blue Ridge or go up the 400 to Dahlinega
If you are in downtown ride the carousel it will give you a great view and lots of history. Worth the cost
Go out to the battlefield at Kenneesaw. Try to get to Cartersville for the Booth museum
If you want to go east get to Lane Orchards. The peaches are to die for....
It’s hot and sticky here now seek out air conditioning
We are easy to find, all the way in the Southeast corner of the state. We are as far as you can get from Atlanta and stay in Georgia. You can't get lost. There is one way in and one way out.
Saint Marys is the second oldest city in the US, after St. Augustine, FL. We are also home to Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, home port to, USS Florida (SSGN-728), USS Georgia (SSGN-729), USS Alaska (SSBN-732), USS Tennessee (SSBN-734), USS West Virginia (SSBN-736), USS Maryland (SSBN-738), USS Rhode Island (SSBN-740), & USS Wyoming (SSBN-742).

If you ain’t ever been bit by the nasty little insects, your life ain’t complete. Hate em
Oh yeah....eat at The Flying Biscuit....I like the one in Alpharetta. Egg Harbor is good too. If you want some sushi try Nori Nori
DON’T TRAVEL ON MARTA LATE AT NIGHT!!!!!
If it’s still there a place called Dante’s
Was there back in 80’s
And...
“Don’t let the plane land!!!”
Well, the first thing I would do is to not advertise that he was my brother. But... it’s too late for that... millions and millions...maybe billions...of folks now know. :-)
I guess the only thing left is to be safe.
It’s Summer semester, not that many coeds in Athens right now.
There are noticeably more of them here in ATL at the moment.
Your shots up to date?
Wash hands after any contact.
Remember when you could drop quarters into a machine at the airport and buy trip insurance?
You might consider a short-term policy that covers you................
Laz is actually a pretty nice guy. No worries man.
ROFL!! oh man best belly laugh I've had all day!
If you guys want to get rid of your excess energy
you can come up to Dahlonega and I’ll let you pound
on some hot Iron. Nothing like coal smoke to get the
juices going and relieve stress. I could even take you
for a canoe ride and show you the site of the terrible
accident.
I'm familiar with what MARTA stands for (the "unofficial" anyway) .. no thanks! :-)
Thanks for the tip on Chief Vann house. We're stopping in Chattanooga tomorrow and spending the night before hitting Atlanta on Thursday morning. Will check that out.
