PHOENIX (KPHO/KTVK) - A Phoenix man was arrested after police say he was found in bed naked with an 11-year-old girl early Monday morning.
According to court documents, Anthony Mitchell, 27, met the victim online and talked on a website. She reportedly told him that she was 26 years old.
The victim invited Mitchell to her apartment and police said they had sex.
Officers said the victim's father arrived home and found Mitchell naked in bed with his daughter. She was partially clothed. He restrained Mitchell until officers arrived.
Court documents said Mitchell told officers he thought the girl was 16 years old. Later, he allegedly said he knew the victim wasn't 26 years old but thought she was at least 18 years old.
Mitchell faces two counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of sexual abuse.
Boy....that father is more constrained than I would have been.
One of the many reasons we homeschool our kids, they are protected from daily sexual harassment. I remember having to laugh off nasty comments and other inappropriate things in high school-didn’t want to be labeled a total loser. It’s just happening much earlier now.
If it were in my house, like yours’, there would be no corpse to arrest. I’d just call my local raccoon and tell him carry out’s here.
Sneakly SOAG (Son of a Gun, or was it the female one), opened up a large plastic top-snap-locked container and ate some of the dog food in it last night.
Got to admire the raccoons, they are smart.
That was my question too.
Bad enough that she’s slutting it up while still in middle school, she’s immature enough to invite a stranger into her family home, endangering everybody.
It may be time to send this child to live “in the country” with her grandparents until she gets out of high school.
I’ll bet she didn’t even bother using “protection” against STDs or pregnancy.

Father restrained the perp.. kudos I guess but he’d have been in need of a life flight to try and save him if it had happened in my house.

No, this starts before most sex Ed occurs.
Our society is saturated with sex. One cannot watch TV without it constantly in play. Commercials have become as offensive as the IMMature shows. Even when they are NOT Viagra and Cialis ads.
BTW, we have only ourselves to blame for the rise of homosexuals. Making sex paramount, and making it the end-all-be-all of life only feeds the whole out of control hedonism, which led to saying “meh” when perverts want more than just plain hetero real sex. It’s always hedonistic “do whatever makes you feel good” garbage from increasingly immoral society.

I really miss that time and universe. When I look at the change which has occurred in the last 20 years, the anticipation of the next 20 is downright frightening.
When my son was in fourth grade he went to occasional classes at the local elementary school. One son of a local very well known conservative and religious upscale family was always watching and showing porn on his cell phone. Hard core porn In fourth grade one is about 9?
