R.I.P.
Helluva shame - she had a life of success ahead, cut short by some nameless psychopath.
“Detectives were told the suspect, who is not being identified at this time, walked toward Christina and shot her. Christina’s brother immediately tackled the suspect stopping him from causing any more harm to Christina and her fans. During the struggle, the suspect shot himself. The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene.”

Wow! Much too young!!! Rest in peace, young one.
Perhaps he shot himself repeatedly during the struggle, just to make sure he killed himself.
Back around 1972, Esquire Magazine gave a dubious achievement award, with the rubric, “Man Drills Seven Holes in Head and Lives”, about a British chap who killed himself by drilling eight holes in his head.
Thank you for posting that YouTube video of her singing Stay.
She has an Amazing voice.
What a shame she’s gone.

According to wicki;
Christina Victoria Grimmie (March 12, 1994 June 11, 2016)[1] was an American singer and songwriter known for participating in The Voice and for her covers of hit songs by contemporary pop musicians. In June 2011, she released her debut EP, Find Me. In June 2012, she told a reporter that she wanted to stop doing covers and start writing only original music.[2]
In 2014, Grimmie participated in Season 6 of NBC's singing competition The Voice and finished in third place. Adam Levine, her coach on the show, announced in the finale that regardless of the results, he was signing Grimmie to his label, 222 Records. Justin Bieber and Lil Wayne also supported Grimmie on the show and Lil Wayne offered to sign Grimmie on his label, Young Money Entertainment.[3] She signed to Island Records[4] for a short time before being dropped by them.[5]
On June 10, 2016, Grimmie was shot by an unidentified male following a Before You Exit concert in Orlando, Florida. The suspect committed suicide. She was hospitalized in critical condition, and pronounced dead hours later.[6]
So sad. She seemed a sweet girl with a God given talent.
Years ago in CA police found a man’s house on fire, his cars on fire, his hands tied behind his back, shot 3-4 times in his head and thrown in the pool.
The reporter said “foul play was suspected”.
I’d never heard of her, but after listening just now to her singing on a couple posts, she had a very pleasant style, and a great voice. She would have gone far. What a shame.
Yes. So sad. Beautiful girl, beautiful voice.
I knew her and her family. She was a devout believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. So was her family. She is in heaven now. I cannot believe this happened. She was amazing. She sang for God and her voice was incredible. Dear Lord - please bring comfort to her family. Please.
‘Perhaps he shot himself repeatedly during the struggle, just to make sure he killed himself.’
Own could only hope,,,
The despicable foul media at the end of every tragedy is always looking for a motive as to satisfy the vile event and legitimize it.
Did not know who she was so listened to her videos on youtube. Very talented.
( Detectives were told the suspect, who is not being identified at this time, )
Hmmm... I wonder why. Perhaps to hide the suspect’s RACE???
Hey it can happen, Vince Foster killed himself twice!

Pray for her family. They are believers in the Lord Jesus - and so was she. She was also so sweet and kind.
This sounds like an assassination. We can’t help but wonder if that’s the case. And why.
