Bristol Palin is married.

The daughter of Sarah Palin wed former fiance Dakota Meyer in a surprise ceremony she revealed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

'Life is full of ups and downs but in the end, you'll end up where you're supposed to be,' said the newlyweds.

'We are so happy to share with loved ones the wonderful news that we got married!'

They added: 'Hard work and God's grace are the foundation of our new life together, and with the love and support of our family we know we can get through anything.'

The couple had planned to wed last year over Memorial Day Weekend in Dakota's home state of Kentucky, but the wedding was called off at the last second.

Then, in December, Bristol, 25, gave birth to the couple's daughter Sailor Grace.

I had one of your posts removed a month ago when you decided to post a nasty photo-shop of Rush Limbaugh.

You are a newbie and while I appreciate your support of Trump you had better wake up quick and join the FR party. We love Sarah here and better people than you have been kicked off for dissing Sarah and her family. Capishe?

I have ten as well, and I know exactly how it happened. However, headlines regularly say “surprise” or “miracle” or “unexpected” regarding celebrities’ pregnancies, as if it weren’t all pretty basic.

Heh, that’s funny. My brother’s first marriage was the “Knott-Wright wedding.”

The first child can be born anytime. After you’re married they all take 9 months. At least, that’s what the old folks used to say.

While researching the family tree we found that grandma was born only four months after her parents tied the knot.

We looked at each other and finally my cousin said softly, "Well, I'm not telling her!"

I hope God blesses them and their families

I pray the same thing.

Those boys BOTH deserve a caring Dad who loves their mom.

Blessings to the happy couple.

It is fun what you can find out.

And news paper articles can show you a whole other side of your ancestors.

Apparently I have a great great grandfather who was fined one dollar for horse racing on a Sunday.

Thank goodness the Palins finally got that girl married off! While realize Bristol was only 17, I still can’t help but sometimes think had Bristol had better morals, or at least some common sense and used birth control, Obama might never have been president!

Did anybody ever figure out why they broke it off in the first place?
