A nation has come before my courts attention,
Its leader creating his own ascension,
The cries of the innocent brought before me,
Torture and murder with blasphemy,
Turning his back to My very Throne(Jeremiah 17:13),
Creating a temporal one of his own,
Causing his subjects through fear to give him fame,
Trying his best to erase My Name("Jesus Christ"),
No fear of The Creator has he,
So now he shall meet the angel of death and catastrophe,
A boy attempting to become a man,
But very soon will lose his land,
The hand "is" writing on the wall,
This man's kingdom is about to fall . .
Jeremiah 17:13
13 Lord, you are the hope of Israel; all who forsake you will be put to shame. Those who turn away from you will be written in the dust because they have forsaken the Lord, the spring of living water.
Daniel 5:22-31
22 And you his son, O Belshazzar, have not humbled your heart and mind, though you knew all this [knew it and were defiant]. 23 And you have lifted yourself up against the Lord of heaven, and the vessels of His house have been brought before you, and you and your lords, your wives, and your concubines have drunk wine from them; and you have praised the gods of silver and gold, of bronze, iron, wood, and stone, which do not see or hear or know; but the God in Whose hand your breath is and Whose are all your ways you have not honored and glorified [but have dishonored and disgraced]. 24 Then was the part of the hand sent from the presence of [the Most High God], and this writing was inscribed. 25 And this is the [a]inscription that was written, mene, mene, tekel, upharsinnumbered, numbered, weighed, divisions. 26 This is the interpretation of the matter: mene, God has numbered the days of your kingship and brought them to an end; 27 tekel, You are weighed in the balances and are found wanting; 28 [b]peres, Your kingdom and your kingship are divided and given to the Medes and Persians. [Foretold in Isa. 21:2, 5, 9.] 29 Then Belshazzar commanded, and Daniel was clothed with purple and a chain of gold put about his neck, and a proclamation was made concerning him that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom. 30 During that night Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans was slain, 31 And Darius the Mede took the kingdom; he was about sixty-two years old.
That chapter could easily be applied to the current feckless fool on the hill.
I didn't know you were a judge, Jed. Where is your court?
Turning his back to My very Throne
You have a throne, too? Must be an affluent area.
A lil harsh for a Sunday no? I dont think he’s talking about himself. Lighten up a lil ay?
Jed must not have gotten his Sunday morning cinnamon roll, heated, with melted butter dripping through it.
The same could be said of the Obamaistas and the Clinistas or any Dem-O-RAT
Jeremiah and Daniel are books in the Holy Bible.
When someone presumes to speak for the Lord in the first person
then other folks with a lick of sense might tend to bristle a bit.
What this country needs is more feck.
In the last days men will mock the sayings of God, and will blaspheme against his proclamations. They will say “where is the promise of His coming”? Laughing, loving, joking and sinning, unaware that Judgement for good or ill is coming for us all.
There is only one salvation for our nation(people) and ourselves. So it is for all humanity. For all the studying, politicking and worry over who will “rule” over us, the most important thing is dismissed.
Very good point. What if North Korea does not fall soon? He then puts himself in the place of a false Prophet...(Deut 13 & 18)
A few years late for that.
Scope out his article history.
Interesting stuff Jed thank you very much for sharing
I would argue that North Korea is part of the Kings of the East?
That is an interesting point
That is an interesting point
Actually, folks with a lick of sense recognize it as a fairly common poetry technique. Folks with a lick of sense also recognize that there are other folks who look for things to bristle about.
Once again,
“You have a throne, too? Must be an affluent area.”
I don’t live in an affluent are, but we have three thrones, here. Of course, with two women in the house, the third bathroom gives my son and me more chances to find an unoccupied “salon” :)
