It seems I cannot change the email address associated with my FR account. Well, I can change it, but the change does not persist. I even tried logging out and logging back in, but it had reverted to my old email address again. Doors anyone have any suggestions?
I would avoid e-mail if at all possible . . . just look at all the problems Hillary Clinton is having because of it. She only wishes that she had heard my advice back when she was a yuppie teen.
Keep donating to FR, mention the email change until it’s fixed.

DOORS ANYONE?
New Tag line.
You only want a fake email listed there.
Just a guess, but I speculate he means he is trying to update his FR account with a new email address.
LOL.
Well, it is one option. Our fellow Freeper was asking for suggestions.
Private reply is Freepmail (Private Messaging) (See the email tab at the top of the page). It stays on the FR servers. Also see My Mail on your account page). Email is your email account that they use for password resets, etc. Change it under 'Edit Account'. Make sure you aren't running a scriptblocker
Doors anyone really care?
Funny thing is I had an email account that was way old from back when I first joined in 1999. The above steps worked for me.
“Doors anyone...”
Not so much anymore, but they were my favorite band in 1968.
“...what is the difference in FR email vs % private reply”
I’ve been here for almost a decade, and I’ve never heard of FR email.
‘Private Reply’ is sometimes referred to as ‘freepmail’.
“get’s”
Don’t look now, but your apostrophe is hanging out.
It's all good. A brave, new transgender world allows for apostrophes to hang out wherever they want.
and Ive never heard of FR email.

My guess is the FR email the poster is wanting to change is his personal email
he used when he signed up . Click on account, go down and click on edit
account and there is your email addy.
“My guess is the FR email the poster is wanting to change is his personal email he used when he signed up.”
My mistake. I didn’t notice that I was replying to the OP.

ROFLOL!
It all hinges on your browser:)
You/I can send a (PUBLIC) reply to this post (correct?)

(Presuming that I’m aware enough of my surroundings, why should I need more than the above?)
... I do and will run script blocker(s), others, thank you very much.
I will also stop using/having a FR email (I liked having a full set of Whitworth wrenches... but tired of finding a use for them)
