A group of Dominos Pizza workers in Oregon helped save a mans life over the weekend, police said.
When the employees didnt hear from one of their regular customers for several days, they sent one of their drivers, Tracey Hamblen, to check on him.
According to KATU, the man didnt answer the door, but the lights and television were on.
Thats when Hamblen called 911.
When deputies responded to the mans home, they heard someone calling for help.
They found the man on the ground and in need of medical attention.
Hes now in stable condition.
A manager said the customer, Kirk Alexander, 48, has ordered a pizza almost every day for more than 10 years.
He orders every day, every other day, Dominos manager Sarah Fuller told KOIN. His order pops up on the screen, because he orders online. So, we see it come across the screen, and were like Oh, Kirks order.
In a statement to FOX 12, the sheriffs office said The (Marion County) Sheriffs Office would like to personally thank Mr. Hamblen for his quick actions and willingness to take time out of his day to care for others.
Good stuff. Thanks
There may be a correlation between the daily pizza, and the falling over, and can’t get up thingee...
Perhaps the ambulance had an intravenous sausage-pepperoni-mushroom drip...
Oh, that’s funny.
I could be wrong, but that just might be a clue as to why he was laid out on the floor for 3 days. I'm gonna guess that his BMI is not "optimal".

In these times we need nice stories like this.
.
Great story. Thanks for posting.
Great customer relations there, folks.
My liquor store just sends a get-well card.
“...has ordered a pizza almost every day for more than 10 years. “
I think I see the root of the problem right there.
At a pizza a day for ten years the CFO probably called the store wondering why cash flow was off. They sent out a search party.
Didn’t Joey Ramone eat nothing but pizza for years and years and it gave him health problems? Ha, now that I am older that really sounds like an urban myth.

That is what I was thinking. No more pizza for him.
“Didnt Joey Ramone eat nothing but pizza for years and years and it gave him health problems?”
I’m a big Ramones fan, but I admit I’ve never heard that one.
OTOH my brother basically lived on chocolate, milk and hamburgers for years and he was fine. OK, I admit he did die prematurely (as did all the Ramones which is sort of odd) but it was not due to obesity or any other diet related issue.
I think what these folks did is wonderful and I’m glad they helped this fellow.
My bowels would fall out processing a pizza a day for 10 years.
LOL
Oh come on...you’ve got all the food groups perfectly proportioned in that pie. Nothing more nutritious than pizza!
I always heard it was vitamin deficiency. I mean he only ate pizza. But I just read something after a search where he was saying they ate a lot of pizza but took care to take vitamins too.
Like I said, I swore I have heard this many times, and I was always like ‘hey he was hella weird looking’ so yeah that’s what happens when you eat nothing but pizza for 10 years or whatever. But now I am like, really? Nothing but pizza?
If you lead an active life, various pizzas for ever might be doable, if a little neurotic.

Let’s do the math:
1-Orders a pizza every day
2-Found on the ground in need of medical attention
oh....I’m sorry....it just doesn’t add up....
ok, ok, I’m glad he’s recovering.
Is there a number for Pizza anonymous?
