All along, Rush has been protecting relationships with sponsors and a huge conservative listenership. It is all about money and ratings — always has been. I actually think Rush has been pretty even-handed, although Trump and Cruz partisans have both been trashing him. Levin, OTOH, may be interesting to listen to for a few minutes tomorrow. I doubt I can take more of his outrage than that, but it may be amusing.
Trump would have gone full Reverend Wright on poor Barry.
As a result, the black GOP vote would have been at least halved, from 4% to 2%. The media would have melted down, in the process, getting out Trump's message free of charge (due both to the substance and form of Trump's presentation).
And President Trump would have been sworn in eight years early.
Anyone who is a ditto-head for more than fifteen minutes has mental problems.
Admittedly, following Rush is somewhat mentally demanding.

I listen to him every day, since his station is our big weather/traffic/news powerhouse. Rush’s schtick got old years ago. Three hours of chortling and identity theft adverts.
And Rush isn’t intellectually honest enough to acknowledge that his biggest advertizers make money precisely because our country is stuffed to the rafters with illegal aliens, primarily from mexico.
You can’t plan on Rush being on more than 2 days a week. Why look for him on the radio?
I’ve been wondering with Rush’s past drug abuse and all, is he seriously losing it, going a bit senile?
