Today in Indiana Carly Fiorina represented the visible metaphor for the Ted Cruz campaign when she literally fell off the stage – and Ted Cruz ignored her distress.
You can’t make this stuff up folks:

I don’t think she would gone down that quickly if it was just a broken heel. She would have first leaned to the leg where the heel had broken and then tried to regain her balance.

I never saw him even glance over. It looked like Carly fell through a trap door. She could have been seriously injured.

It’s very clear he was looking away shaking people’s hands and the music was quite loud....when she fell...
His campaign has gone off the rails, but this is stupid stuff to cast aversions on him...

He looked right at where she’d been and then went back to glad-handing - a real man he is not.
I'm pretty sure he didn't see it, but have you listened to him lately. He has been saying a lot of stupid things. Aversion appears to be his middle name.

There were many people much closer to Carly that could have at least reached down to give her a hand up. They only one who tried to reach out to Carly was Heidi Cruz.

Heidi doesn’t miss a beat. She keeps waving. The show must go on. I THINK most women would be on their knees checking on the person who fell in front of them. Kinda strange. In the big picture, it’s nothing. I have a WHOLE lot more problems with the Ted & Heidi Presidential Partnership than this.
When Heidi leans down, it looks more like she is speaking to her daughters than looking at Carly.
Some years back the Republican nominee fell off the platform when a railing gave way--was it Dole or McCain? One of the geezer nominees.
The gal wearing pink reached down for Carly and smiled.
