Since Trump is a candidate rather than an office holder I can't see what authority he would have to call forth the militia. The militia should be taking it upon themselves to repel the threat, not waiting for orders.
Wouldn’t a local militia be at the command of the state’s governor, or otherwise a local official/ resident of that region of the state; Or, are you referring to an independent paramilitary contractor type organization, yet calling it a militia?

I am sure Mexico is letting illegals come into their Southern border from Guatemala and other countries because of a big payoff.
Mexico can control their Southern border, and they do not allow illegals to stay in their country. They only allow illegals to pass through going to the U.S.
