If Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton don't resonate with American voters, they always have Andrew Basiago -- a presidential candidate who is pretty sure he's going to become "either president or vice-president" between 2016 and 2028, according to information he's gathered time travelling.
Cheekily calling his campaign "a time for truth," Basiago, 54, brags on his site that he "served bravely in the two secret U.S. defence projects in which time travel on Earth and voyages to Mars were first undertaken."
Basiago -- who has made similar claims in the past -- also said he's helped several former presidents make important decisions by gathering knowledge through time travelling. Now it's his turn.
It's no surprise then that further exposing these secret technologies is a big part of the Seattle lawyer's promises if elected.
"Project Pegasus developed eight modalities of time travel by 1970, only to keep this great technical feat of our nation -- the advent of time travel -- secret from the American people," reads one of the independent candidate's promises. "Only by disclosing its time travel technologies can America unleash the potential that these technologies have to advantage humanity in the 21st century."
He's also promised to expose a secret Mars colony, alien contact, and wants to put the sasquatch on the endangered species list.
Basiago officially registered to run earlier this year. He's raising money on his website and through social media.
Far out, man! Likely get the NORML vote, IF he also provides free Doritos for his voters.
Oops and the orbit of the Earth. And the movement of the solar system and the galaxy. I’m sure there were other things. Like the Moon might get in the way, sometimes, depending upon angles, LOL.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiieeeee!!
Man I enjoyed that show.
When I saw it on Hulu in 2079.
blows my mind.
Well, if i can find myself 25 years ago i have a list of about 4 million things i want him to do differently.
He identifies as trans-tempus.
If I can time-travel back to myself 35 years ago, I have a few things I’d like to avoid. Some of them have female names, lol.
But those are stories for another time.......
First off, I’m going to keep my 1967 Mustang Fastback.....well, that’s a little further back.
We have watched his videos and its hard to tell if he’s for real or not. I doubt it but he is believable when you listen to him talk about being at the Ghettysburg address. Its entertaining.
Sounds like a cousin for Kim Jong-Un
I’d keep my z28, black convertible, leather 1994 :)
There are DEFINITELY some females i would cross off the list!!
and some i should have taken a closer look at. Good gals.
67 Stang huh? Awesome!! Born in ‘68 but love mustangs, camaros, chargers..great cars.
Almost as delusional as Kasich. Bravo.
makes a lot better sense than most of the other candidates this year!
If he had any mercy, he’d go back in time and become president seven years ago.
yours: “This guy is a lying loon. There is not one part of his story that has ever checked out. When caught in s lie he just keeps right on yakking”
mine: That’s why he’s such a natural successor to Obama!
My (RIP) father had a 1959 Triumph TR-3 Roadster - red.
Awesome stuff. The smell of that old British leather was incredible.
WHAT A COOL #####ING CAR!!!!
Never heard of it before. wow.
One of the guys in my car club showed up one Sunday with a 1967 Shelby GT500KR.
With the 427 and tri-power. At least that’s how I recall it.
The 428 was amazing but the 427 was very rare. I never knew it was available in them. I remember the three carbs.
Anyways, the car was at least 10 years old. Looked brand new.
If it’s still in that shape (if he’s still alive) that car could easily be worth $500,000 I think. Gorgeous.
HUGE IMAGE
This is what it looked like.

And that guy bought my 1967 Mustang. And pulled the Borg Warner T-10 out of it, put in a three-speed and sold it again.
He wanted the 4-speed for one of his Shelby’s.
Guess he had a few $$$$$$.
Better candidate than either Hillary or Bernie, fur sur!
