Opponents of new laws such as North Carolina’s HB2, which ban transgendered males and females from entering any bathroom other than the bathroom which corresponds with their birth gender, may be ignoring incidents which already occur when men enter women’s bathrooms.
Such crimes are already causing problems for women and girls, the police, as well as the court systems which must try and convict anyone charged with indecencies against females in public restrooms.
Last week, a Pennsylvania man was arrested for taking photos of a 10-year-old girl in a public restroom.
James Thomas Shoemaker, 19, a Quarryville, Pa., resident was arrested at the Manheim Pike Sheetz store. He was found hiding in the stall of the women’s restroom.
When police looked at the images on his cell phone, they found pictures of young girls.

He will now be labeled a sex offender which will be with him for life. My concern is how will they ever get convictions if this trend of allowing trans genders to use women’s restrooms is not repealed.
Trans or no it’s still against the law to film people in the nude against their will. Men have done this up women’s skirts on the street and been arrested for it. See my point?

Why isn’t exposing male genitalia in a woman’s bathroom the same as exposing oneself elsewhere? Indecent exposure. Why can’t females subjected to such a sight claim sexual harassment? Surely if WORDS can offend one sexually penises and testicles can as well.And- if offense is no longer possible re. sex, can women breastfeed publicly without fear of complaint? Bravo to this girl. She was OFFENDED, isn’t that the biggest crime there is these days?
Women on juries . . . what’s that about hell hath no fury?
Just wait until the abuse becomes commonplace. Which it will.
And she will have an experience which will haunt her for the rest of hers.
This is avoidable, for those who have the courage to say no to the laws, and no to the acts, and none who lack that courage are fit to lead.
So they can’t use the defense that they were taking selfies but not very good at it? I’m sure there are juries out there dumb enough to believe that.

It sure is if a man does it on the street, can’t for the life of me figure out why if a man does this in a woman’s bathroom or locker room.
Death threats and hate mail are already coming her family’s way, I’m sure.

Trump will see the error of his thinking, and will come out against it as President.
If a man feels like he is a woman then he necessarily is a woman and his genitalia are thereby a woman’s genitalia. This will surely be heard in courtrooms.
And changing/fitting rooms, too.
