It sure is if a man does it on the street, can’t for the life of me figure out why if a man does this in a woman’s bathroom or locker room.
Well maybe a few incidents of ‘traumatized’ females running, screaming, from the bathrooms into the stores will be a start? Hmmm...what if it happened every day in every store? There aren’t that many transvestites( I hope) but I suggest women out there who are offended not miss any opportunity to cause a scene. Fall out,scream, claim psychological damage. Then too- laughing like hell IN the bathrooms might be effective. It’s SHAME that needs to be brought back to society. Basic shame.
