Can a guy wash his genitals in the sink? Maybe. Apparently as long as it wasn’t to intentionally offend someone or for sexual gratification.

Doug I never did! I mean really! How many men here go around doing that???? Most men don’t even wash their hands much less....PLEASE!!!
