Maybe, just maybe, we could use this to scan the White House personal quarters and find that prayer rug.

"It could be the discovery of the century. It's very important for Egyptian history and the history of the world," he said, adding that the chambers may well have belonged to a king or queen.

And it could just as likely be a complete nothing-burger, as well. Remember 'Al Capone's vault'?

Send Geraldo - Al Capone’s lost treasure may be hidden there.

Wouldn’t want to open it. Remember the curse of King Tut.

A PBS program on TUT scanned the page that had the DNA results of TUT. Someone came up the conclusion that TUT was Irish. It turned out that TUT is related to half the men in Europe, at least before the refugee invasion.

King Tut’s unexpected death at an early age may have led to his burial in a tomb that was not designed for him, or so the rumors go. The burial mask may also have been designed for someone else, even for a woman, with the beard added later.

From an old Edison Record from the 1920s!

Three thousand years ago, King Tutty reigned you know
He must have travelled greatly in his time
For in his tomb out there, was gold and silverware
From big hotels of every land and clime
While going through his royal robes they found up in his sleeve
The first fig leaf that Adam gave to Eve

In old King Tut-Tut-Tutankhamen’s day
Beneath the tropic skies King Tut-Tut-Tut was very wise
Now old King Tut-Tut-Tut was always gay
Cleopatra she sat upon his knee, Pat, that’s where she sat

The girls would dance for him and every move a treat
They’d move and move and move but never move their feet
A thousand girls would dance each day
With lots of hip-hip-hip-hooray
In old King Tut-Tut-Tut-Tut-Tut-Tut, King Tutty’s Day

Three thousand years ago, in history we know
King Tutankhamen ruled a mighty land.
He ruled for many years, ‘mid laughter, song and tears
He made a record that will always stand

They opened up his tomb the other day and jumped with glee
They learned a lot of ancient history.
***
Missing is a verse in the recording that goes on about the girls..
“He don’t what shape there in,
As long as they are fat or thin...”

Watched a British program about the scans done on the tomb. Besides those findings, experts commented about the death mask. They believe that the mask had originally been made for a woman because of the false beard, and also because of the pierced ears. They also showed the seam between the headdress and the actual face that looked like the original face had been removed, and a replacement applied.

It's huge but if they ever unearth Obama's birth certificate it will dwarf this find!

“Organic masses” might be the poor schlubs that dug the tomb - needed to keep it secret after all.
