REPORTEDLY, Rush has been siding with Cruz more and more in recent days. Will that continue on Monday, when he has to talk about the Chicago unrest and Cruz blaming Trump for the mob that shut down Trump's rally?
Somebody, please listen and tell me, because I stopped listening to Rush years ago. I got the telegram saying that he was a GOPe mouthpiece long before others did.
So what happens when they start banning islam in this country and kicking out muslims and illegal immigrants. Chicago was nothing compared to what the outrage will be... He might as well get tough and stand in there through it... How do you just not have the event? Because you’re scared something bad might happen? whatever....
But, if you are basing your opinion how Conservative he SOUNDS from transcripts posted here, somehow you have been able to avoid all the transcripts of staunchly Conservative comments Rush has uttered.
Maybe that's your super-power. You are able to discern the Conservativeness of a statement before you read it and are able to avoid it if necessary.

His early TV days has people in the audience heckling him, so he knows that stuff at this level is really beyond the line.
Well, my own opinion is that Rush's show has always had that underlying tone of, "I know something you don't know" with a tendency to get into the weeds with inside baseball stuff. Like when he mentions e-mails he receives from unidentified party leaders, conservative thinkers, business people or other 'elites'.
Sometimes that might prove to give some insight. But if you accept the premise that we're in the fight for the country like we've never seen before then Rush's subtleness doesn't play. It's like The Godfather when Sonny tells Tom Hayden he needs a wartime consigliere, A sicilian and not Tom's subtle ways of doing things. So Rush is in danger of being taken over by forces that have no patience for his type of subtleness.
In my case, I listen on my radio headphones as I operate power equipment.

I seriously think Rush has gone senile. He has lost his edge trying to be all things to all people while pushing Cruz.

Personally, I’d have it cover EVERY entry to the nation, period. I want the Queen of England able to prove who she is with zero doubt. That’s not zenophobia. That’s smart. BTW, it’s also what happened to me every time I entered ANY country, to include Saudi, Bahrain, China, Vietnam, etc.

I’m not saying I disagree with it. I’m saying Chicago was nothing to what the push back will be when Trumpy starts trying to implement his policies. He was owned last night by some thugs. He’s gonna have to get tougher than that.
