The demonrats would demand a “do over”!
Even if he was he was adopted and made a citizen in Indonesia which does not allow duel citizenship.....which is why you are not allowed to see his collage records or paperwork returning his US citizenship.
It would change - nothing.
Well, for starters, his Ted Cruz jokes wouldn’t go over very well ...
Yeah.... I think that ship has sailed, has sunk, and is now at the bottom of the Marianas trench giving shelter to lots and lots of bottom feeders.
Remember, was it Arpaio, ? found there was one week or more black-out in the records of entrance to the U.S from overseas, around the time of his birth, hmmm ???
Everyone who broke an executive order or law that Obama signed into effect would have a viable constitutional defence in Court, if prosecuted.
However I do not believe the government would immediately revoke Obamas laws and executive orders.Likely the laws would stay in place as the will of Congress and the executive orders would be systematically nullified immediately.
Obama would be impeached if there was time to do so before the end of his term of office. Obama would also bear considerable civil liability from the RNC , and The DNC, not to mention being guilty of a series of electoral crimes.
Likely Obama would be pardoned by the next president ( Joe Biden) just to restore order, but prison would be too good for him , IMHO.
What should happen but never will happen is the media lose total and complete credibility in the minds of 100% of America for ever and ever.
Rafael Edward Cruz
Obama issues Executive Order making Kenya the 51'st state in the union. Retroactive to 1961. Congress says "cool".
His fanbois wouldn’t care.
Who cares? Just as long as he goes away.
But purely hypothetically, I don't think finding out a president was ineligible would automatically void or invalidate everything that he or she did. You might be able to get Congress to overturn some things, and a new president could invalidate executive orders, but a president makes so many decisions that they couldn't all be invalidated.
Could we really declare every appointment he made to be vacant? Or assert that all the money the government borrowed during his term wasn't owed to anybody? It's not the magical idea that everything would be invalid, but rather the public outcry at being defrauded and the resulting pressure on Congress and the new president that would change things.
Tamara Holder said just that yesterday afternoon on Fox. That he was born in a foreign country.
She couldn’t say that as a Leftist without approval from on high.
The answer is that by the precedent in law known as the "de facto officer doctrine", exactly nothing would change about any of Obama's executive orders or appointments or laws he has signed if he were removed from office.
Of course it is kind of late now to be thinking about this possibility.
It won’t matter one damn bit. In fact, there will be those who will say “see, this whole naturalized citizen thing isn’t necessary.”
Answer: Nothing would change.
Obama’s father was a british citizen. That disqualified him regardless of where he was born.
