Odds are most of us would settle for a Trump/Cruz ticket, that seems to be the ticket that would insure a landslide. But what is your preference? Which ticket would you prefer to take out Hillary in a 55/45 shellacking?
I would like that very much.

There is no possibility of Cruz on a ticket or Rubio on top of a ticket. If Trump does not win then Ryan is the nominee or outside chance Romney.
That is true. The question would be is an anchor baby a NBC?
My get got gone.
Ohio is critical. Kasich can deliver Ohio.
Here’s what happens:
* Clinton gets indicted, drops from race
* GOP brokered convention, Kasich gets nod
* Trump runs as independent
Three choices, Sanders, Trump, Kasich
Trump/Kasich. Winning Ohio is vital to winning the presidency.
My get tells me if we keep electing big government statists like Trump we keep moving closer to the abyss.
Daniels. Uh huh. You don’t know why he declined to run for President this year, do you...
The first time DH & I saw Cruz, the reaction was NOT. EVEN. And it was almost in unison. We didn’t vote for him for Senate.
Some of us, in Texas, are well acquainted with charlatans & hucksters. It’s more sensitive than gaydar. (which does fail, occasionally, when someone’s *really* discreet. Sleazy politician or minister hasn’t failed yet.)
Its unbelievable to me that Cruz is helping the very people that despise him.
If he thinks he can cut a deal with the Rinos he better rethink on that one!
Trump/Kasich most likely. The Cruz for VP ship has sailed.
I definitely agree on a Trump/Cruz ticket.
I know Cruz wants to be President; but his legal skills are going to be crucial to Trump. If Cruz is not the VP, I predict Donald will be in trouble with the Constitution on DAY ONE.
And .. with the prospect of Cruz continuing for 8 more years after 8 years of Trump - that sounds really good to me. That should give us the 16 years of glowing prosperity, and the chance to remake the Repub party into a party that loves America, and no longer bows and scrapes to the DemocRATS.
Plus, hopefully, at least 3 Conservative Supreme Court Judges.
Speaking as a resident of Ohio,I’m not so sure.
Ted Cruz - Allen West
Unstoppable
Gut back to me on Sunday.
I would pay money to see a Trump HilLIARy debate.
No other candidate will call her a rapist enabler criminal to her face
Trump is like unto a turd. Trying to dilute him with ANY VP is going to fail. How much water do you need to add to a turd to make the concoction drinkable?
I really don’t know, but I don’t think 50-50 will cut it. Maybe one Trump in the House of Representatives might not make a huge difference in the overall odor.
Perhaps he should start there.
None of the above. I think the nominee will be Trump and I doubt strongly he’d choose either as VP. I would hope not. I don’t see them adding much to the ticket. And why would he choose a running mate, whose role is to step into the presidency in an instant, who he thinks isn’t Constitutionally eligible to serve as POTUS?
Trump would need someone to offset his brashness, who has solid experience in government. These two guys between them don’t have a full term in the Senate, really minimal federal government experience, tho Cruz has more than Rubio. The most experience, really, is Kasich, who I wouldn’t favor, but he’d be a reasonable choice.
If there’s one thing no one can take deny about Trump, it’s his ability to choose the right people for the right job. I trust he’d choose a superb VP running mate.
The Cruz for VP ship has sailed.
... Or sank at the docks. ;-)
