If it were me, I’d sue the owner of the phone used to disseminate the pictures that were the result of an invasion of privacy.

I hope 20 years from now the thug kid will still be unable to find a woman willing to marry him. He’s got way too much malice for any decent woman to be stuck with him.

Why do so many people seem to have nekkid pictures of themselves on their phones? Not excusing what the kid did, but carrying around a compromising image of yourself is just asking for trouble...Never mind somebody stealing it, you yourself could accidentally send it to someone, upload it to somewhere, show it to someone when you’re trying to show off pictures of your new puppy...

Union is a small town. Everyone she knows has either seen the photos or knows about them. Why wasn’t this brat expelled?

Their are many Corporate environments were you leave your phone and any other electronic device outside a room, rooms, or given area, to protect intellectual property and more. Perhaps this young teacher should have considered protecting her intellectual property and brand and used some discernment as too what she put on her phone. In the teaching environment, perhaps no phone or an old flip phone (for family emergencies etc) might be prudent career move, regardless of the teachers age, martial status, etc. etc.

1. Don’t leave your phone on the desk.
2. Don’t leave your phone unlocked.
3. Get a good lawyer and sue everybody.

If I had to guess, they ARE sharing them - the phone is just the vehicle.

expelled.How about arrested.
The ESPN reporter trial is going on right now and that guy is in prison.
He took photos. No dif in my OP than taking a pic of a pic and passing it around.
This kid needs to pay big time.
I am trying to contact this woman to advise her to go for the throat

If you don’t want something spread around don’t put it on your phone or your computer. Just look at the mess Hitlery is in without photos.
