Most already thrown out. Civil case. Tons of witnesses on his side. Could have settled but decided not to. BS squared. Run the ads like it has mattered to date.

Sounds to me like a bunch of SORE LOSERS that simply were not cut out for the Rough-and-Tumble world that Trump comes from.

Thankfully, for them, they only lost a few thousand dollars, rather than the many, many, thousands that they could have lost trying to be the next winner of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?”.

You do not understand how the media is going to use this to harm Trump. You have real live human beings that media will portray as victims and then you also have the state of Texas that forced Trump University to close in that state because of the fraud. Wish away.

The only saving grace here is that Hillary is truly a corrupt person to the core of her being. It appears Trump likes to make a cheap buck from time to time. However, the media will protect Hillary, but not Trump.

No, this is fraud. The media is going to slice and dice and there really is nothing you or I can do about that.

Well, actually its not me who believed it. It's the courts. The courts have continually refused to throw out this suit and the state of Texas forced Trump U to close in that state. My suggestion is complain to them. All I'm doing is relating what happened.

It wasn't me who believed the losers and made Trump U close in Texas, it was the state of Texas. Go ask them.

Good point - our courts here are as CORRUPT as our politics - no doubt that Rubio and/or Cruz are the ones behind this attack on Trump’s supporters.

Sure, no big deal. Trump supporters don't care.

Cheat some young guys and gals out of their savings or worse yet, borrow thousands to "become rich and famous" like The Donald; learn how to succeed in turning your thousands into nothing while being coached by guys like Trump, who are unvolved in bankruptcies themselves!

It's no big deal, they're learning in the school of hard knocks, while helping Trump make more millions. Just chump change for Trump; again, no big deal.

How many students paid tens of thousands of dollars for master’s degrees in teaching and found out there are no jobs? Can they get their tuition back?

Ditto for law school.

That is actually an excellent point.

And they brought out the factory dudes on Romney. What Romney failed to do is counter it. Trump will have an equal number or more claim success. And I am not interested in the technicality of what happened in Texas.

Look, there will be so many smears and so many lies it will all wash out. Trump has more in his corner about self funding and about not being politically correct it will drown all most anything out.

Do you realistically think that this Trump University thing which has been public for years and documented that most of the issues were tossed out is going to matter when he has dozens of grads from it that will say they benefited. It's a wash. What else you got.

Ted Cruz is the enemy of the Constitution? What a joke. No one in this race has done more to promote and protect the Constitution than he has. It is amazing how truly upside down conservatism has become when people claiming to be conservative make such a claim. What next, was Ronald Reagan our enemy too?

As for Trump’s suit, I’m guessing you haven’t looked into it. If the complaints are true he’s the shyster and the scam artist here. Ignoring the headline grabbing charge - that he called it a university, there were other issues. His course consisted mostly of upsells where people were told that the “real secrets” of real estate were available in the next most expensive class, all the way up to the $35,000 course. The instructors who were giving financial business advice/training were telling people to get credit card limit increases to pay for more classes while promising it would improve their credit scores. His business implied heavily that Trump personally selected the people teaching the courses, yet many had no real estate backgroud and some were tax evaders. His business promised a year of coaching by these hand selected teachers, but those instructors would occasionally disappear, not fulfilling that obligation. The program promised Trump’s methods/practices when in fact they were produced by some 3rd party company that makes time share and motivational speaker literature without his involvement.

A lot of these claims against him could be BS, but his “university” has lost in court before, having to pay restitution to hundreds of customers. However it is BS he should have taken care of ahead of time, rather than having to show up at a trial in the middle of the election. It is literally the opposite of what he’s demanding Cruz do with his own legal issues.
