WAS SCALIA MURDERED?
michaelsavage.com ^ | 2/15/2016 | Michael Savage

Okay everybody, Scalia's death. Let's start it from another point of view. Let's say, God forbid, it's the most extremist justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who never should have been appointed, she was a former head of the ACLU, yet she was ushered in by the Republican RINO's who have destroyed America. Let's say, even though she's been sick with cancer for over 10 years, suddenly she goes to a remote resort in Texas, she eschews Secret Service, and she goes to sleep saying I'm tired at 9:00, she's found fully clothed in the morning with her pajamas on without a wrinkle on the bed, with her hands folded over her chest, with a pillow over her head. Question: do you think the left would be screaming foul play if a Republican were in office like Donald Trump and only a few months left to go? Do you think the left would be screaming that Donald Trump would have no right to appoint anyone to the Supreme Court? Do you think they would be demanding an autopsy and a full federal investigation?

Now let's begin the Savage Nation. Because that's exactly what happened yesterday with Justice Scalia. The question is, is it a conspiracy theory to ask questions that are so obviously in need of answer, or is it just common sense. And where is the common sense both in the press and the Republican Party. The answer is nowhere. And that's why I am Michael Savage.

Making it to age 79 seems like he got his full ride I’d think.
Sometimes old guys just die.

The justice’s personal doctor called her at 8 p.m. Saturday night. http://www.11alive.com/story/news/nation-now/2016/02/14/official-scalia-died-heart-attack/80376442/

Guevara officially pronounced him dead at 1:52 p.m. on Saturday. [] Hours earlier, the county judge told WFAA that myocardial infarction - or a heart attack - would likely be the cause of death listed. Guevara later said she would confer with the Justice’s personal physician on what specifically to show as the cause of death. http://www.wfaa.com/news/local/texas-news/scalia-to-have-autopsy-in-texas-according-to-state-law/42898331

How could the Judge without seeing the body, without an autopsy to determine the cause of the unobserved death, before speaking with the decedent’s personal physician, declare the cause of death “natural” or “myocardial infarction”?

How did she determined or confirmed the nature and cause of death?

> His family said no autopsy, and even if he was someone important, his mortal remains belong to the family-not to the government or the public to carve up to please conspiracy theorists....

If an autopsy is ordered by a Justice of the Peace or Medical Examiners as part of an death inquest the consent of the family is not required. See Texas CCP 49.31

He was also determined too weak to have shoulder surgery thanks to cardiovascular issues.

The people that knew him and his medical history best believe an autopsy unnecessary. So did the US Marshals.

I’m very well aware of that-I live in Texas-however, the JP and a medical examiner, after investigating did NOT find any compelling evidence to support ordering an autopsy-probably after talking to Scalia’s personal physician about his health-and so the family’s wishes were respected, as they should be when there is no reason to believe a crime has been committed-the remains of the deceased are not the property of the state or the public...

I’m sure he trusted us to hold the line-and that was a fine time for someone who enjoyed everything to the fullest-most of the guys I know who lived large didn’t make it much past 65-70, and a couple of them didn’t even make it that far, but they sure enjoyed the ride...

That’s just the point. The Judge determined the cause of death was MI or “natural” 6 hours prior to speaking with Scalia’s physician.

The justice’s personal doctor called her at 8 p.m. Saturday night. http://www.11alive.com/story/news/nation-now/2016/02/14/official-scalia-died-heart-attack/80376442/ Guevara officially pronounced him dead at 1:52 p.m. on Saturday. Even the non-great minds :-)
Not necessarily a conspiracy but defiantly enough bait on the hook to smell the fish. Those who do not smell are only those who will remain totally in the dark. Someone needs to come out and do something! Whatever happens no one will feel comforted until the whole truth is known. Heavens! we are STILL reliving the JFK murder not to mention Oswald and Ruby. Picture the congressional investigation and the finding written. Died in Marfa Texas Home of the Marfa Lights. Therefore it is deemed the Aliens (UFO type; not Hispanic or Muslim type) were found to be the culprits using their magnetic x-ray guns to jam his pacemaker (with the heart condition its possible he might have had one- just a theory) The entire scenario is totally bizarre - as is most of the news today. Keep watching that judge and any of the US Marshals who were detailed that evening - if the names are known. If something goes amiss with any of them it might also be the barking candidate or her toothless hound. We will be shaking our heads in wonder for years to come.

I don’t know who the US Marshals were either or I would have included keeping an eye on them. Something smells about this whole deal and I don’t like it a damn bit. And great minds do think alike. How many people do you think will do what we are doing and keep an eye on her? I would say very few.

Ms Guevara pronounced him dead-any official can do that-it does not take a coroner to determine that someone is cold and obviously not alive-Scalia’s remains were taken to a funeral home, where they were certainly gone over by an examiner-that is standard. Obviously he/she did not find anything that disagreed with Ms. Guevara’s opinion-no matter how much howling goes on, how many times autopsies are asked for, etc-every death of a conservative connected with the government is not murder, or a conspiracy to cover one up.

Yup, we're still fighting over that one despite all the evidence and the millions of dollars spent proving a communist neer-do-well whose only gift was being a better than average shot at firing a rifle taking him out. Too much money to be made by/from conspiracy buffs for that and you'd never want a leftist taking the blame for that.

Or for that matter a crazed muslim leftist shooting his brother.

You can never please a conspiracy theorist.

There are qualified examiners for/at funeral homes-for everyone, no matter who they are-you can’t just say this person is dead of natural-or unnatural causes-call the next of kin to come get them or make arrangements for burial/cremation-we aren’t backwoods hicks, even in desolate places-you have to have a release from a medically qualified individual. Reportedly, Scalia was also taken there by US marshals.

Everything you said is correct. However, We still do not know. We can only speculate and make assumptions. I still believe an autopsy and toxicology screen should have been done first thing. If I was in the same power as he was with a hate club as he had - I would want one done. I am fighting cancer. I would not want people to say - hey, she had health issues, that's why she died. Perfect way to deflect. I can't force anything, his family has the right to do as they wish - so that's a non is a non issue. However, I will state on this forum what I believe should have been done - and that is an autopsy and screening for any injections or inhalants.

And full tox.

On the off chance someone planned his death, this is the perfect situation. An older man with health issues. EVERYONE WOULD BELIEVE HIS HEART ATTACK. Some people here may be older with health issues; it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t pay attention and rule out foul play when they pass. And this was not just one of us. This was one of the most important men in the country.

Prayers for your recovery-a friend of mine has been winning that fight for 15 years, thank God.

I’d be willing to bet blood was taken for testing-that is usually done quietly anyway, just to rule out suicide or accidental overdose of prescription or illicit drugs.

Declaring the cause of death technically means what is put on the death certificate. According to your link she was not going to fill out the death certificate until after talking to the physician.

She is guilty of having loose lips/a big mouth in talking to the press before this. She was probably speculating on the likely cause of death based on the descriptions of the scene and events she had been told about by authorities who were there with the body. Since she is not a physician, it is not clear how it would have helped for her to view the body in person.

You can look a Texas law regarding inquests and autopsies here.

It sounds like if a physician who has recently been caring for a decedent says no autopsy is necessary that is normally what the Justice of the Peace will go with.

The funeral home is in El Paso. The body arrived there at either 2:30 AM or 3:30 AM.
