I’ve seen a dead person. I’m not a judge and I don’t have a medical degree, but there were some “dead” giveaways to bring me to that conclusion.

Sorry, but this whole thing stinks. No autopsy...seriously?

I’m not a conspiracy kook, but there are far to many things about this that don’t make sense. This should bother everybody.

Are you drunk? Seriously !!!

I disagree. I thought the same as soon as they reported what the witnessed said. They found him in repose, arms crossed, with undisturbed bedding. Further, they found a cause of death without a medical examination.

From experience I will repeat what I have seen in the past, death is not that clean even if it was a "massive cardiac event."

They need to come clean and rushing the body to embalmment only adds to the problem. Toxicology can still be done, but now it is much more difficult.

Lack of evidence is not proof of anything. If he was murdered I expect God will take care of it and extract his own revenge. Meanwhile we have an election to win and don’t nead to veer off in this questionable conspiracy.

I do not know who made the declaration of death. The judge was called for the reasons stated. Apparently making the decision over the phone is legal in Texas. With someone as important as Scalia and with the judge on call being a democrat, an autopsy and toxicology report should be required. She was very careless to act as though this were just an average case. If circumstances were reversed and the death was of a powerful democrat and the local judge was a republican, you can bet the left would demand such confirmation of the facts.

Again, I never said a lack of evidence was proof of anything. But think about that. It is not proof of anything EITHER WAY. That is why an autopsy and toxicology report should be required. That is how you stop questions. Get facts. Why not?

Hey Einstein, asking that an autopsy be performed for a death of a Supreme Court Justice is not fostering a “conspiracy”, it’s ruling out foul play for a death that could possibly be suspicious. You don’t suspend common sense and what’s right just because we have an election.

An autopsy needs to be performed.

It is not mere curiosity to want to get the facts. It should be standard operating procedure in a case with such sweeping ramifications. If the tables were turned and it was Barak Insane Obama who died and a republican judge deciding no autopsy, the left would scream. Or if it were a liberal judge... No one is harmed by getting the facts unless there really was foul play.

How old are you? Twenties or thirties? You’d have to be with a comment like that. 79 is Not considered old anymore, life expectancy is long now, even for men. 79 is young! Was he in ill health? If so, why did we never hear of it? Ginsburg is ancient yes, Scalia, no. However, he was the oldest, and most likely to “die of natural causes”, connservative justice. It. Is. Suspicious.

Here’s some comments on the legalities.

I wouldn’t term them the final word, but it is interesting.

EXACTLY!! That’s what I thought, immediately! So so fishy! We are not “clay eaters”, we are thinkers! The man was too important to let this just so quickly be deemed any kind of death without an investigation! It’s like some comedic spy movie, but no, it’s real life.

Your analogy makes no sense. No judge has BANNED an autopsy. The government didn’t confiscate his body and throw it into a volcano. If his family wanted an autopsy, they could easily request one.

What if doubt is your “source”? It is a forum for conversation and I believe no Alex Jones conspiracy crap, I never ever go to his site and haven’t now. But I personally wondered why someone of Scalia’s profession and stature would not have an investigation into his death, no matter how “natural” it was immediately stated to be. The thing stinks to high heaven; my “source”: my own intelligence, where’s yours?

If he was murdered [and that is unlikely] he’s a casualty of war. Stay with the march to overthrow this beast of a government we have right now.

I hope he has a state funeral. We should start a thread one a petition for a state funeral for Scalia.
