And he died at a very convenient time for said regime.

I’m not satisfied with *why* there was no autopsy. It looks like more bungling bureaucrats. This JP Bishop, if she was so concerned about getting it right....couldn’t Bishop have requested the judge to order an autopsy. I’m not a conspiracy person, but this seems odd, maybe unless his wife, had strong objections.

**Presidio County Justice of the Peace Juanita Bishop, whose precinct includes the ranch, remembers driving up Interstate 67 Saturday morning and noticing an unusually high number of Learjets at the ranch property. She figured celebrities or dignitaries were gathering at the ranch for the long weekend.
A few hours later, she got a request from the Presidio County Sheriff*s Office to perform an inquest on a deceased person at the ranch property. Since she was out of town, she deferred the case to County Judge Cinderella Guevara, who performed the inquest.
Usually, if the cause of death is unclear, Bishop will order an autopsy, she said.
*If it had been me, I would*ve done an autopsy,* Bishop said. *They said he was good one minute and the next minute he*s dead.* She added: *It*s for our own good to know cause of death.* **
Judge Guevara said she was shopping in the neighboring town of Alpine on Saturday afternoon when Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez called her on her mobile phone after lunch.
“He says, ‘Judge, I’m at Cibolo Creek Ranch, and a Supreme Court Justice has just passed away, and I need someone here immediately. Both justices of the peace are out of town at this time,’” Guevara recounted to WFAA.
Guevara said she immediately recognized Scalia’s name as a U.S. Supreme Court justice and pronounced him dead over the phone at 1:52 p.m. on Saturday.
She planned to drive to the ranch - about 30 minutes south of Marfa - but returned when a U.S. Marshal told her by phone: “It’s not necessary for you to come, judge. If you’re asking for an autopsy, that’s what we need to clarify.”
Judge Guevara said she wanted more details about Scalia’s death before deciding whether to order an autopsy.
“As part of my investigation, one of the things I did ask the sheriff and the U.S. Marshal: ‘Were there any signs of foul play?’ And they said, ‘absolutely not.’ At that time, I still wanted to be careful, and asked them if [Scalia’s] physician would call me.”
The justice’s personal doctor called Guevara at 8 p.m. Saturday night
“When [the physician] explained [Scalia] had just visited on Wednesday and Thursday and [the doctor] had done an MRI, then I felt comfortable what I knew was going on with him physically,” the county judge said.
Guevara said Scalia had gone to his doctor for a shoulder injury last week, but he also suffered from several chronic ailments.
Judge Guevara said she will fill out the official death certificate to be permanently filed in Presidio County after Sunset Funeral Home collects Scalia’s vital information.

Why weren't Marshalls protecting Scalia? Apparently the Marshalls arrived after Scalia had died. Then U.S. Marshal told Judge Guevara by phone: "It's not necessary for you to come, judge. If you're asking for an autopsy, that's what we need to clarify."

Quacks and kooks continue, but rational person can at least point to the independent autopsy and say that the death was under natural circumstances and move on.
Without an autopsy, whether blocked by the family or not, it leaves MORE doubts.

yeah, and he was 79 years old a considerably overweight. He was staying with friends at a private retreat. The conspiracy theories make people look nuts.

I don't know if Scalia was murdered but his death comes at a very convenient time for this corrupt regime and no autopsy or tox report looks very suspicious.

I tend to agree. At first I thought it would be to pass an anti 2A ruling, but now think it’s an amnesty ruling. Perhaps both.
