BITING into a KitKat, Saima Ahmad was shocked to find a solid block of chocolate instead of a wafery crunch. Now she wants justice.
The 20-year-old law student from London is demanding Nestle compensate her with a lifetime supply of KitKats, ITV news reports.
Ms Ahmad, who bought a pack of eight KitKats for £2 ($4), is threatening legal action if she doesn't get her demand. She's backing up her claim of "monetary and emotional" loss over the incident by quoting case law going back to the 1930s.
"The truth of the matter is; manufacturers owe a duty of care to consumers," she wrote in her letter to Nestle.

I'm betting the jackwagons left the coal bags out in the rain, then sold them anyway. They didn't want to be discovered.
Extortion of Infidels is part of their religion.

Sometimes the best punishment is to give someone what they want.
She’ll balloon to 500 pounds if she gets her way.
She must have just finished the LawFare 101 course.
She wants justice for a defective candy bar? A case of KitKats is about as close to justice as she'll get.
As a student in 8th grade, my Civics teacher suggested we write letters to Mfrs if we received a defective product to see what sort of compensation they were willing to give.
I had received a bag of Peanut M&Ms with no peanuts in the bag...just regular M&Ms.
I wrote my letter, included a photo and the batch number on the bag. The Mars Co. replied and stated they had verified that a bad batch had gone out and as a way to compensate I received a case of both kinds of M&Ms. My entire class was very happy when I shared the lot.
This bimbo needs to be smacked down. Nestle should tell here to go ahead and sue.
We were going to hand out Chuckles and Snickers at Halloween, just for laughs.

Such courage in the face of adversity! And she gives a voice to the MILLIONS who, in the past suffered such ignominy in silence.
It’s about time the waferless be heard! No wafer, no peace!!!
“Only Twix has that cookie crunch.”
A lifetime supply of pork rinds for her.

If they don’t give her what she wants, she will make thgem go BOOM!!!
it’s the reason they can demand things right after a terrorist attack and get away with it.
Make a ‘special’ batch and throw a party for her and her mudslime friends. Then 2 weeks later send her a letter asking how she liked their new ‘bacon grease dipped’ wafer and then watch her head explode.
But, but... Kit Kats didn’t exist when Mo walked the earth. Weren’t they killing kids who watched soccer matches for that?
I would have bought some more, to see if I could get more chocolate!
And yet, she now wants a lifetime supply of the thing that scarred her so badly. With the possibility it could happen again.
Company should say no on the grounds it would not want to risk traumatizing her so badly another time.
Maybe I should sue too since the quality of the chocolate has gone way down over the years. /s
Seriously though, I hope she gets NOTHING.
These are the tactics of upity islam. Just using the justice system to play the kaffir, get money from them any way they can, without any risk to themselves.
