Rush is right: Trump is an AMERICA FIRST patriot, and his supporters are AMERICA FIRST Nationalists.
Conservative ideals play heavy in nationalism, and many of Trump’s supporters are true Conservatives, but because Trump flies under the banner of NATIONALISM he has a much larger tent than Cruz, and the polls show it.
Let’s face it - anyone who supports Trump hates America and Jesus.
Well, it’s more like the self identified conservatives have alienated their voters, so they are looking for someone or something else. It’s perfectly rational.
