Sorry she died, but the whole story sounds extrememly fishy to me. Ever notice how these families only sue companies with deep pockets?

She probably went into the restroom to have a hit of her favorite stuff and overdosed.

Moments later, she had the symptoms of a seizure and fell on the bathroom floor. Family also claims 'doctors' say she likely died as a result of lack of oxygen to the brain.
If I were BK, I'd be on the judge's doorstep demanding he order an unbiased autopsy. I'd be looking for drugs.

What is BK’s culpability here - their door handles aren’t close enough to the ground?

She wasn’t “trapped”, she had a seizure with no one around to help and being unable to open the stall door is irrelevant.
The same could have happened in her own bathroom or even in her front yard.

What an amazing observation! Of course it’s not going to do much good to sue a company that doesn’t have any money now is it?

I didn’t have to look . . . another “Tamir Rice” type of slam dunk lawsuit looking for big money. If she’d gotten trapped in a crapper at home, we wouldn’t hear about it.

Probably went into the bathroom to get coked up and ended up overdosing. She must not have had much of a seizure if she was able to scream for help.

no kidding...never did state what the cause of death was...Did she stroke out? Heart attack? She wassail breathing when the FD got to her.....I want more info

her medical history should be easy to get , Obama has it online
To: SkyPilot
Normal seizure activity is followed by a postictal phase which can last 15 minutes or more while the brain re-boots itself and comes back on line.
This results in a out of it/lethargic person who would not be screaming for help. Something else happened.

"What happens if there's a fire; if someone's giving birth â they can't get to that lock?" Lamonsoff said. âTo me, itâs stupid.â Not as stupid as your comment.
Giving birth in a BK restroom? And can't reach the lock on the door? Really?
