Monday on NewsmaxTV’s “The Steve Malzberg Show,†former White House chief of staff to President George H. W. Bush and former Gov. John H. Sununu (R-NH) said if Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump wins the nomination Republicans will get swept in national elections in 2016.

Any Congressman or Senator who has been listening to and representing her/his constituents, and maintains close ties in the district, should have no problem winning reelection. Representatives and Senators who carry water for the RNC and the Chamber of Commerce and ignore their constituents should lose no matter who the nominees may be.
