On Nov. 10, Bill Nye will release a new book titled “Unstoppable.†As only Bill Nye can, he uses the book to explain the science behind climate change, debunks popular myths, and asks readers to take action in their own lives to create a sustainable future. The book is shot through with optimism, but Nye has no illusions about what lies ahead. The message is simple: Climate change is real; humans are causing it; and we have no choice but to build a better and cleaner world.
Salon spoke with Nye about his new book and about his broader intentions. We asked him what he thought about climate deniers and the persistent anti-science demagoguery around this issue. Our conversation is below and has been edited for clarity and length.
So why did you write this book? Why now? And what’s your central message?
My goal is to change the world! Really, that’s what I’m trying to do. Obviously, this book isn’t going to change the world, but it is part of the bigger idea that we all have to think optimistically about this. We’ve got to go into this knowing we have a hard challenge but that we’re going to win this fight, and we’re going to save the earth for humanity.

Note to Bill: The average “fee” in the USA is almost 50 cents a gallon! So “fees” are already being charged!

Claim That Sea Level Is Rising Is a Total Fraud
It shows that these folks are a lot like other totalitarians - they lie for their “worth” goals.
All these ridiculous liberal srnsational headlines. Bill didn’t “demolish” anything.
The very use of the word “denier” is anti science and smacks of an Inquisition where heretics (deniers) were silenced and even tortured and killed because they did not hold to the dogma. Galileo was held under house arrest and threatened with burning at the stake if he did not recant his scientific study that refuted the Church dogma that the sun, moon and planets moved around a stationary earth. The climate change a.k.a. global warming cult is no different and seeks to silence anyone who questions their dogma with actual scientific study.
But if none of the disciplines of physics are being used in making the arguments about “man-made” global climate change, where’s the necessary critical thinking?
Bill Nye is using none of what he supposedly learned over the years to make his case.
Warm air increases the rate of evaporation of water from the planet’s surface, be it over land or over oceans or other surface waters. The very process of evaporation sucks a HUGE amount of heat out of the immediate locality where the transition from liquid water to water vapor takes place. This HUGE amount of heat stored in the water vapor molecules is then carried high into the atmosphere, where the water vapor GIVES UP all this heat, to first become fine water droplets, then ice crystals, and the excess heat radiates off into space. This process leaves evidence in the form of high, thin cirrus clouds, which are mainly ice crystals, and the ambient temperature there is well below the freezing point of water. The now much heavier ice crystals then descend to lower altitudes, again ABSORBING some heat, and melting to reform as visible water droplets, making up the fluffy cumulus clouds, but much cooler than the still invisible water vapor which is continuously rising to the stratosphere. The visible water droplets then condense and fall back to earth as rain or other precipitation, repeating the cycle over and over, a heat transfer system that has worked enormously well throughout the entire existence of earth as a planet.
And a similar system probably works equally well everywhere in the Universe. Water vapor is LIGHTER (less massive) than the other constituent gases of the atmosphere, which allows it to rise in the first place, and the presence of gravity is what determines if a one gas is lighter or heavier than another.
Mass and weight are directly related, of course, but weight only exists as a function of the mass in a gravity field.
Well I’m somewhat of a photographer/artist.
I’m thinking that “Doctor of climatological aesthetics” has a nice ring to it.

Bill Nye was obviously brainwashed at the same hippie commune and school as Jimmy Carter and Obama.

1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.
2. The sun is a ball of fire that controls the climates of all its planets.
3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.
4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.
5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.
Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?
Bill Nye has a new book?
I bet it sells dozens.
I think his recent pictures and his bio pretty much give him away. Not a role model for my kids, or for any kids.
That’s what it’s all about. The left has plenty of time to further indoctrinate the youth on this scam.
Mechanical engineering. Same difference.
And Algore has a degree in Journalism. The Warmists treat him as a god. Just think of how they would treat a Liberal Arts major!!
