An hour and 10 minutes of history. Got it!

I seem to have totally missed the solution...would watching the last 10 minutes again explain what a “diet” might be?

Empty the fat receptors more quickly by decreasing insulin.

Carbohydrates the key...I missed the final message.

I’m missing part of the lesson...at least the understanding.

It seems the other 50 or so posts are all giving advice or challenging you with “old” conclusions.

I realize accepting something “proven”, or advanced in theory, in the 60’s and forgotten or blindly rejected is also old news.

Ask any person trying to gain weight...does eating more add weight? So how can the opposite be true either?
