The Warthogs needed to be in Iraq/Syria, chewing up the ISIS columns; instead, they are in Estonia...
good going by the Administration...

I'm curious .... do girls like the Hog ?
I mean ...
The A10 is not a sleek thoroughbred, but a "HULK" sort'a lookin' thing
I like it because to me, a guy ... it's got muscle and "I'm the baddest ass on the block" written all over it .... and a rep that backs it up
Probably a stupid question .... but I ask it anyway.

To paraphrase Toby Keith, “she thinks my warthog’s sexy”. Basically a flying tank, whose main purpose is to rain 30mm air-to-ground death on anything or anyone unlucky enough to be in it’s path. I knew an F-15 pilot who once got “shot down” by one in an exercise (warthog drivers barely know what air-to-air is). Talk about embarrassment.

I’d rather see them killing ISIS, that would be more stunning to me.

Is that something along the lines of, ‘Why buy the hog when all you want is a little sausage?’

The U.S. Military has a long tradition of resurrecting outstanding fighter/bomber aircraft for current operations when the newer (vastly more expensive) weapon systems proved to be inadequate for tasks. The P-51 Mustang was brought back in Korea as the F-51, the A1E Skyraider in Vietnam and now, the A-10 Warthog (Thunderbolt). Great planes are great for a reason other than ensuring the retirement cash flow of the latest crop of Generals.

not to me- you can see an added vignette for a ‘spotlight effect’ on the plane, and see that the darks were lightened under the plane unnaturally, and the colors boosted quite a bit- I do a lot of photo processing myself- and know that straight out of camera photos are never this ‘pretty’ looking-
