Donald Trump Donors Outspend Billionaire Candidate on Campaign
NBC ^ | October 16, 2015 | by Katy Tur, Ari Melber and Anthony Terrell

Donald Trump's presidential campaign filed its first report with the Federal Election Commission on Thursday, providing a rare look inside the mogul's unusual political operation and revealing a campaign powered more by grassroots donors than the famous billionaire at its helm.

Trump has stressed that he is willing to self-fund his campaign with up to $100 million, but through September, his campaign actually spent slightly more money from Trump supporters than from Trump himself. The filing shows Trump has invested $1.9 million of his own money into running for president, while his campaign spent $4.2 million this quarter, drawing from $3.9 million in mostly online donations.

It isn’t worth the energy. The lefty Trump puts out a 2d amendment policy that George Washington would be proud of, the most conservative immigration policy since Eisenhower and a supply side tax plan that would make Reagan Blush. The polarizing Trump has demographic support in all sectors and even labor unions are mulling endorsements. The businessman Trump is leading far and wide, even in state’s with favorite son’s and has spent NO money. They’d be happy only if God himself were to come down and run in the GOP primary. Of course God is currently busy on vacation in blazing autumn New Hampshire. So we have Trump. They’ll keep dropping LSD and we’ll all go tsk, tsk, tsk. Who cares, we’re going to win this time!

Sorry globalist jobs-exporter.

I’m one person, and I have NEVER been in any union.

Not even one. Never.

I am however, strongly for bringing jobs back to America.

There are now nearly 100,000,000 Americans who agree with me.

And that’s just the Americans, who are out of work.

There are a whole huge number of Americans who are pretty sick and tired of what is happening with the “buy everything from China” gang.

Yourself included.

Sorry globalist jobs-exporter? That would be those who would curtail the liberty of Americans as we’ve seen tariffs and anti-free trade policies do. Why grant politicians and their cronies power over a free people? Why push for more managed trade and central planning? Haven’t Leftists done enough damage?

I donated $5. ...and don’t think I don’t expect something in the way of construction contracts in return.

Bring jobs back to America.

Make stuff right here, once again.

I am for bringing back liberty to America. Slaves have jobs, Americans have liberty.

Imagine you’re elected to office here in America. Would you grant a monopoly by law or not?

Would one of "those" people be President George Washington who signed the first bill into law the "Tariff Act of 1789"?

So do Free Traitors™ now consider "the" founding father of our nation a leftist? Tell us how it is you communist sympathizer who wants to off shore to Red China. It is you whose motive is suspect here not CNN. Where is your patriot card? Did you burn for 25 pieces of silver?

Or the fact that he’s running on an ego-driven lark, leaving Hillary in place to win. Perot II.

What you are saying is it doesn’t matter where jobs are.

Everyone is saying that. You’re not alone. So is every other GOP candidate than Donald Trump, and so is every Democrat except Bernie Sanders, and he’s a freaking commie.

American needs jobs again.

Jobs. Jobs. Jobs. Right here in America.

President George Washington was ignorant of the insights of Adam Smith. In his day mercantilism, the pre-cursor to communism/socialism/fascism and central planning in general, was thought to be the best system. Luckily, George Washington could learn.

Perot was completely right.

Unfortunately he wasn’t a strong enough candidate, and ran as an independent.

Trump is running for, and winning, the GOP candidacy. He’s no H. Ross Perot.

He’s completely right however. Perot was right as well.

Would you grant a monopoly by law or not?

So I again ask you does domestic competition not preclude and stop monopolies from forming? Before all of the gloBULL trade madness didn't US companies compete with each other? What is your problem? Are you either ignorant or just brainwashed? Or both.

This is pure hogwash.

PS: Even Adam Smith was in favor of retaliatory tariffs.

PP: Trashing Pres Washington by a person unfit to have liked the bottom of his boots is very unbecoming, to that person.....

Slaves have jobs, Americans have liberty.

Chinese slaves have jobs, "displaced" Americans have liberty to sign up for welfare.

Fixed it.

Why inhibit DOMESTIC COMPETITION? What are you some kind of economic ignoramus? Besides Sherman anti trust act is still in place....

Not even an issue.

I would however, immediately invoke tariffs on our global “trading partners” proportional to the amount of their trade surplus with us.

Mexico and China would be first. But there are quite a lot of countries which take advantage of us.

The Americans who sold out our companies are in bed with communist Chinese. Maybe you are.

America needs to bring back jobs to America. Big time.

Perot worked to get Clinton elected. He came on strong, took on the media, and his essential message was “making America great again”.

Perot appealed to unionists and mercantilists who don’t like liberty, but crave central planning to protect their jobs. Trump is appealing to this selfsame crowd. Perot ran a low budget campaign fueled mostly by media appearances. Is it starting to sound familiar?

What else did that race have? A Clinton running and the old tricks are the best tricks. Perot gave us Pres. Clinton who in turn paved the way for Obama’s lawlessness. Trump will do the same for Hillary!
