Donald Trump catapulted himself into the spotlight with his gilded real estate ventures and vibrant personality. The latter is what has made his show "The Apprentice" such a huge success.
And over the years, he's had an opinion or two about the business world.
"In the end, you're measured not by how much you undertake but by what you finally accomplish," Trump once said.
But like any successful business person, Trump has had his share of setbacks. Here, we present to you 12 Trump businesses that went belly up or no longer exist.

Abraham Lincoln had a lot of failures too. The establishment doesn’t get it. We’re sick of them. They don’t put America first and they are all the same. Most of America is sicker than He*l of them.
Ah yes another political parasite criticizing the risk takers who create the wealth that funds their parasitic tax spending lifestyle
Post another hit piece on Trump, and then you run for the hills...stay classy!
He sure is. He just posted a Robert Reich/Bill Moyers anti Trump screed.
He seems to be trolling us with crap from the DUmp.
I think we should make it like in addition to being totally free from sin, no PUBBIE can ever make a mistake.
Yeah, THAT’S THE TICKET.
Carly is Hilliary in drags
He better run for the hills.
He’s on JR’s radar.

The lightning is gathering.
Trump isn’t even my first choice, but this is SOOOOOO stupid!
Does anyone have any conception of how many failures the most successful people have before they end up successful?
Ford Motor Company wasn’t Henry Ford’s first company.
God, people are idiots.
Twelve out of how many? A hundred or more?
Salute the man who fails and never quits.
Not the one that steals the work of others
And claims it as his own.
Almost any man who has started or run multiple businesses will see failures in the mix.
Sometimes market conditions and changes are so huge that no matter what an owner/CEO does, the company is caught in the negative effects of the change, and cannot change one’s business model & direction fast enough.
At 70 years old, having started 5 business ventures, I have been there, done that.
The huge changes of the technology world when Carly was CEO of HP took out many huge technology firms. I was an exec. with one that was a Fortune 500 firm, and it didn’t survive.
So it’s only normal that both Trump and Fiorina had their share of the business world.
What is the real concern for both is what is their core philosophy? What are their fundamental values? ARE THEY CONSTITUTIONALISTS???
This is my real concern with both.
Yeah, Cruz is my first choice.
So blame Trump. The whole Country is in the tank. Place blame where it belongs. With King Obama, his communists Democrats, the MSM, Hollywood, and most of all the Federal Reserve. The conservative Constitutionalists had nothing to do with it since King Obama and the communists Democrats had their hands tied. Trump was a victim of this rotten corruption and had no choice like thousand of other companies.
12 out of 100? Best baseball players would kill for that average.
God, people are idiots.
No, they are just afraid to pump their own candidates. Much easier to snipe at the front runner and hide in the bushes. Rubio and his campaign in particular have been masterful at that.
Net worth: $10 billion
No, that’s near the Mendoza Line.
Yeah...but you have to start businesses before you can have businesses that fail.
I wonder how many businesses the goobers at Yahoo! Finance have started?
Show me a successful businessman who never failed.
88 success out of 100 tries, is better than most.
No wonder Trump is worth $10,000,000,000.00
