Donald Trump: Illegal Immigrant Deportations Completed In Two Years
The Gateway Pundit ^ | 9/11/2015 | Jim Hoft

Businessman Donald Trump told Alabama Republican leaders his deportation plan will be completed in two years. Illegal immigrants

Trump plans on building a border fence with Mexico and deporting 11+ million illegal aliens. The Wall Street Journal Blogs reported:

“ Donald Trump estimated that it will take 18 months to two years to get the roughly 11 million immigrants living in the U.S. illegally to leave the country, and that he would then build a wall running along the border with Mexico.

The businessman’s statement made on a call with Alabama Republicans Thursday night added a bit of specificity to the Republican presidential frontrunner’s hardline stance on immigration. Mr. Trump released a six-page policy paper on immigration last month, and reporters have asked for details about how it would work since.

The Alabama Republican Party hosted the dial-in call with Mr. Trump Thursday night as part of series with the 2016 presidential candidates. Ben Carson, Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz have also participated.

On the call, Mr. Trump was asked for details about how long it would take to round up illegal immigrants living in the U.S., with the questioner asking if five or ten years was an appropriate timeframe. Mr. Trump said his two year benchmark could be met with “really good management.”

“We have to get them out. If we have wonderful cases, they can come back in but they have to come back in legally,” Mr. Trump said in an audio clip posted on YouTube Thursday night by a person on the call.

Mr. Trump’s plan has been denounced by Democrats and many rival Republicans, who have called it impractical and immoral, among other criticisms.

“Mr. Trump’s plan has been denounced by Democrats and many rival Republicans, who have called it impractical and immoral...”

Let’s start a discussion about exactly who is immoral.

I consider it immoral to let alien invaders into our country.

It’s immoral to expect me to feed and clothe these alien invaders.

It’s immoral to ignore the law and allow these alien invaders into our country.

And it’s immoral for lying politicians to favor alien invaders over American citizens.

Well said! That is why Carson is going to eventually go down in the polls. He is as bad as Bush on this issue.

“There is no way the government will eliminate the underground economy.”

There’s a whole bunch of Americans of all colors working the underground economy. Flush out the alien invaders and these Americans will surface and start legit small businesses.

“then the problem is young folks don’t want to do the gritty jobs I did. Where are my workers?
Do u get it now?”

Just because you live in a liberal sh*thole where pampered, castrated, wimpy young people are adverse to work doesn’t mean that the entire country is the same as your liberal sh*thole.

Try moving.

“After he assassinates five SCOTUS judges?”

Don’t be daft. The USSC issues OPINIONS!!!, not legally enforceable legislation.

Only CONGRESS may write law. Go look it up.

Or do you think building a wall and deporting illegal invaders is something we Americans cannot accomplish?

Americans are one thing.

Entrenched and unwilling bureaucracies, protected by labor laws and unions, are quite another.

Eisenhower did it and no one treated it as though it was inhumane.

He had a military mindset, after all he was the supreme allied commander of WWII and he viewed obstacles for which to find solutions, not to quit because it's hard!

If we cut illegals off "freebies and employment" the only two things left are (1) to return home, wherever that may be; and (2) a life of crime to support them, which is really what's been going on right now!

Before a person is deported they are entitled to a hearing and an appeal if they are ruled deported by the hearing. The hearing is in front of the Executive Office for Immigration Review.

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is an office of the United States Department of Justice and is responsible for adjudicating immigration cases in the United States. EOIR oversees immigration courts in the United States through the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge. Additionally, the Board of Immigration Appeals, which hears appeals from immigration courts, is part of EOIR.

The chief function of EOIR is to conduct removal proceedings, which are administrative proceedings to determine the removability of individuals in the United States. Removal proceedings are conducted in immigration courts. As of 2008, there are fifty-two immigration courts throughout the United States.

This means to deport all 11,500,000 illegal aliens in two years each EOIR court would have to hear 442 cases per day. That is not including the appeals. You can make up all the situation you want but the law is the law. What Trump is saying is impossible. I know Trump supporters don’t like facts, but any one who says it can be done in two years is an idiot.
