President George W. Bush, rather than President Barack Obama, will be best remembered for a legacy of having helped the African people, a Nigerian civil rights activist and attorney said on Tuesday.

When President Bush visited Africa he launched an initiativea presidential emergency program for AIDS relief, which was meant to help combat a major pandemic that was taking so many lives, Obege said.
And for many of us who were there, who rejoiced to see what President Bush did, it was sad for us to see President Obama go to Africa and for the second year running his primary objective was sexual imperialism, where he was calling on Africans to legalize gay marriage.

Glad to see this title, Bush was very popular in Africa, in Africa and some other departments, he did do well.
We may have even held back the previous Nigerian government from fighting BH better.

I was on the ground when Bush visited Liberia.
They loved the man.
To put it more directly: W. Bush gave Africa what they desperately needed and wanted; Obama gives Africa nothing, but demands they embrace what he wants, something they know is harmful.
Obama might as well encourage Africa to smoke more American cigarettes, because he has invested in a tobacco company.
