I took the trash out this morning, not thinking of the temp and though the dumpster is only a few yards away, I thought I was going to freeze!

Last night was rough again. I want to go back to bed and sleep, but I can’t, now. But oh, I am so tired!

I was going to go to Walmart, but I’m too cold and tired to go, even though I know the supplies are getting fewer and fewer every day.

We’re headed out for an appointment in a few minutes, with some stops on the way there and back. There’s always more to be done.

I roused myself and went to Walmart and got the stuff for two pumpkin pies. I wish now that I had the money for a mincemeat pie. I haven’t had one of those since I left Igor, way back in 1989.

My mouth has been wanting one for several weeks, now.

I will fight it, but I think I will have to make one for Christmas. If I last that long!

It’s not much of a discount, but these days, it helps. The list was quite long and comprehensive, and I figured there was something there for almost everyone.

My laptop has been acting wonky for the last three hours and I don’t know why. It’s frustrating, for sure.

I want to buy my friend Charlie a Hungry Man turkey dinner and an Edward’s pie slice. His income is even lower than mine is. But I figure if I’m going to buy one for me, I can get one for him, and the pie slices come in a pack of two. I don’t know if they have the pumpkin crème, yet, but I will check next time I go to Wally World.

However, there are many establishments that are under the impression that I look old enough to qualify for their senior discount...
