FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. Authorities say a Fort Bragg soldier has been charged with creating a panic at a North Carolina mall after appearing there with an assault rifle and other military gear.
Fayetteville police say Bryan Scott Wolfinger, 25, was arrested and charged with "going armed to the terror of the public" in connection with Thursday's incident at Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville.
A statement from the Fayetteville Police Department says Wolfinger was preparing to have photographs taken with the military equipment and rifle when 911 calls were received of an armed male at the mall.

Come on. Leftists wet their pants over stuff like this, Fort Bragg or not.
Oh fer God’s sake. I just went to the site and listened to the little video. that security guard was so serious! Panicked people. This is Fayetteville, NC, for God’s sake!!!!! In Warner Robins, GA, the home of Robins AFB, where I just moved from (the town, not the base) people would have crowded around him to thank him for his service!!! What’s with this “children were crying” crap?????!!!!!!
Fine looking soldiers they are too.
“I give up. I’m your prisoner. Do you have handcuffs, and.....nevermind”. :)
hehehe.
My thoughts as well. 95% of the people in that mall knew this guy was a soldier.
Some pantywaist liberal saw him and called the cops. Cops had to justify leaving the donut shop. They must have spent an hour looking for that charge. I grew up in NC, and have never heard of such a thing.
This guy is either clueless or an idiot.
