I'm not exactly sure what it is we hope for concerning America. Even if it falls, doesn't mean the end of time. God doesn't need this puny country in order to accomplish His will. We were here, He used us for awhile, we abandoned Him. He can raise up another tool. China. Cuba. His will is not obstructed by our shortsightedness.
It reminds me of what Mordecai told Esther: (paraphrase) "You don't want to serve God? Ok. God will find someone to do the job, but you'll be in hot water."
1 Peter 1:24-25: "For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you."
But I don't think He's done with us yet. I don't think America is dead. I just think the Faithful have been napping. I think God is going to awaken us.

I find myself in the mood to fight against what this country actually is, rather than fight for it.
I’d fight for what it used to be, or could be again.
But right now, this place sucks.
In Jewish mourning tradition, the yearly anniversary of a loved one’s death is observed with several rituals and traditions. It is called the person’s Yohrtzeit in Yiddish.
I’m not sure, but we may be observing November 4, 2008 as America’s Yohrtzeit. It may just be a little too early to tell, but I would say that our beloved country is in a death spiral set in motion largely by Hussein.
I try not to believe it, but I see nothing to dissuade me.
America committed suicide when it elected Obama. His re-election ended my once great nation for good.
This will be the most solemn of Independence Days for me. I just bought a Betsy Ross flag to fly at my home. It was either that or the Gadsgen Flag. I don’t think I’ll fly the current American flag anymore. That nation no longer exists.
It’s all over except for the bloody aftermath.
