I've always been struck, even though I didn't always agree, with the fierceness with which the Judge presented her weekly diatribe against her cause of the week. She was to the point, sarcastic when necessary, and absolutely brutal with her honesty, taking no prisoners.
So, I was really surprised when her entire hour, unless I missed it on a 'necessary run', did not mention the Scotus decision on homosexual marriage. Ignoring one of the most momentous decisions by the court that seeks to transform our nation and human history, Janine was silent as a lamb.
We heard about the bogus escape from prison convicts who had been tracked for weeks (conveniently) all the way until tyrannical decisions, devoid of constitutional authority were released by these courts. We also heard a bit about terrorists, and then we received an update on the convicts....earth-shattering news that.
So:
1. Was she muzzled -- since Fox was almost silent on the decisions this weekend?
2. Was she afraid -- didn't want to hurt her ratings?
3. Is she in favor of gay marriage (something that I found out about Steve Hayes Friday on the Brett Baier show that surprised me.)
In any way, this fierce freedom Lioness was a fluffy, nice ewe.
you idiot moron...
Because she did not mention it, she is a ‘coward’?
From what I understand, Beck is pro-same-sex-marriage, Rep. Gohmert even confronted him on this last week on the show.
Anyway, as for Fox, I thought Megan was pro-same-sex marriage, unsure about some of the others really, Cavuto? And so on.
Krauthammer comes out as a Neo-Con that he called, Conservative on foreign policy, not so much domestically. That’s why I think Neo-Con Hawks are for the Birds.
I appreciate the compliment, K.
She is not a Social Conservative to summarize it and has showed this in the past and it has been discussed here in the past. She usually is commenting from what I can see, on foreign policy and health care and issues like this but for abortion and apparently ssm, her views are less clear.
Let’s check in with Laz.
Tap...tap...tap. I’m gonna take a nap
Oh, BTW Laz, I’m also hot for Mary Milian.
Something about conservative judges that just “stirs the brain”...nowhatImean?
To be fair to Fox, I didn’t see a lot of their coverage but did they still not have pro-traditional marriage people like Huckabee and Santorum on?? I think I saw those two speak.
Let’s assume she is a full blown supporter of homosexual marriage. Well, so was Steve Hayes. He at least had the guts to bring it up, but did say the way this was decided had absolutely nothing to do with the constitution.
Moreover, Hayes is a general commentator. She is a commentator who is on air because of her LEGAL insight...thus, JUDGE Janine.
You’ve really got to give Judge Napolitano credit. He eviscerated both the ObamaCare and the Homosexual Marriage decisions. He was brutal on Kennedy and Roberts.
The “judge janine’ lady was a pussy-cat.
Tailor made issues come to her plate — terrible constitutional decisions — and she takes a pass and discusses the idiot-diversion, dog-wag of the last few weeks -— escaped cons lost in the Vermont mountains.
Good response. ;>)
Yes, where are the photos? Rules people!

Here is a good article that puts the bad bad decision of the SCOTUS in some perspective: http://www.worldmag.com/2015/06/nigerian_christians_show_us_how_to_face_persecution
“Nigerian Christians show us how to face persecution”
Maybe this bad decision will be a kick in the pants to say people have been too complacent. Just thinking out loud.
Thanks.

We don’t care how her name is spelled. We just want to ask her out for coffee. :)
Thanks for your replies.
I think the veil is going to be lifted in the coming days.
We will be told to go with the flow, get on the right side of historuy, it’s the law of the land.
I will be shocked if we see any one of our so-called defenders of Freedom, including our Congress, dare to go against the Supreme Court decision.
I have called my Congressmen and Senators this morning to tell them they have a duty and power under Article 3, Section 2 of the Constitution to overturn the Supreme Court’s decision on gay marriage, which was decided basically out of whole cloth, and has no legal basis.
I also told them there will be threats to religious peoples’ freedom of association, freedom of speech, and freedom of religion—already exhibited by the Progressives’ demand for removal of tax exempt status for churches and, incredibly, all non-profits.
I asked these officials how they are going to guarantee these freedoms for Catholics, Jews, Muslims, Protestants and believers of Biblical Scripture that marriage is between one man and one woman?
The unintended consequences are starting to emerge already.
We need to say no to all of it.
Hey, that worked for me forty one years ago with the future Mrs. JohnnyP. Still going strong.
Just don't take her to liberal-owned Stairbox.:)

Uh-Oh...I’m in big trouble now. :>)
Already heard Beck on Friday and he has no problem with “gay” marriage, claiming. “people don’t get to choose how they are wired, ......,.yada yada”
Agreed, I saw Napolitano and thought he was spot on, he’s mainly a Fox Business contributor but does come on Fox News.
I agree with what you said. ....I was very disappointed in her show Saturday night.
I’m a big fan of her and usually agree with her rants and positions on issues. ...Seems she purposely stayed away from the two big SCOTUS decisions.
