Donald Trump has taken some criticism in recent days over a letter to Univision. However, in a brief but vehement Facebook post, Trump has made his stance, and his priorities, clear. He’s not backing down on his letter, and he seems to be pretty confident he’s been treated unfairly.
The flap started with Trump’s contract with Univision for the Miss Universe pageants. Univision is a Spanish-language television network in America, and after Donald Trump’s presidential announcement, they canceled his contract.
Univision never stated an official reason for the cancellation, but Trump’s speech included a claim that most immigrants from Mexico are rapists, drug mules, and criminals. Obviously, Mexican immigrants make up a pretty large portion of Univision’s viewing audience, so it’s reasonable to assume that Univision felt Trump was too divisive or offensive for their network.

Trump may engage in crass marketing. That’s what sells where he’s from. So what.

If Trump does take it over, he could call it UniPartyVision, and feature Boehner and Obama.

Trump’s lawyers can easily present stats proving that illegal alien Mexicans commit crime disproportionate to their numbers, thus supporting his original statement. He did allow that some did not commit crimes.
