Running as a team is a great idea! Pick the cabinet in advance, and I think a lot of voters would go for it.

Your reasons are the cause of the reduction of manufacturing jobs in the US.
Add to them automation, and I say those jobs aren’t coming back. They have gone the way of the buggy whip.
Our economy is service based, and because of that creates more opportunity for the individual entrepreneur.
As long as gubmint gets out of the way.

Well, I’ll take “too smart” over too stupid which we have in office now.

Do you have a link to the actual article? When I try that link at Director Blue it takes me to something called Bad Blue News and there is no Ted Cruz article to be found there.

Ted is not supporting TPP. TPA has always been available for anyone to read. I dont know of anyone who is supporting TPP> It is not completed yet. When it is, it will be public for 60 days before a vote, if TPA is passed, which requires that 60 day period.
I know he’s not supporting the TPP, but supporting the TPA is, essentially, supporting the TPP. We can do all the legalese gymnastics we want, but the bottom line is this whole thing stinks. Anything that is being negotiated/proposed/developed, etc., in secret, is still a secret and we don’t know what’s in it. Sure, after TPA is given, then the TPP will be completed and available for view, but do you really trust this present administration that it will be in our best interest? And to say that bad for Obama, but good if Cruz is President, do we really want to roll the dice BEFORE Cruz, or someone else, is elected? If Obama has been negotiating this for six years, behind our backs, I might say, then what’s the harm in waiting until Jan 2017 and let’s see who is President. Why the rush with something so secret.
