There were times I wanted to do that to my former coworker. She is a lesbian and all she talked about during lunch was Dildos, body functions, and sex jokes, and to top it all off she is Bi-polar. I have been studying about the topic of homosexuality since the early 1990s. The public would be shocked and revolted if they had any idea what being "gay" really means. "Gay" has really come to be an umbrella term that more or less covers everything but normal sex. Felching and Fisting are two things of which the public has not the slightest clue.

From my understanding of the mental issues involved, it is a very short distance from unnatural passions to savage viciousness.

From what I have learned about Lesbians, I can say they are very different from male homosexuals, both in demeanor and intent. Most of them would have difficulty attracting a male, and so they proactively reject men to avoid the possibility of being hurt. Those that are beautiful and attractive were often the victims of past abuse by men, and don't want any more of it. As for your coworker, she was probably on the prowl. Some of them have very strong sex drives, like men. Could be an endocrinal problem.

Lesbians are generally far more monogamous than are male homosexuals, who mostly have no interest whatsoever in monogamy. In fact, the concept is anathema to being "gay".

It's not all that ubiquitous, I just happened to know about it because I have read several books on the subject and keep up with news stories relating to this issue.
