Do you pay for your programs?
You can download the free versions of these programs, manually update them, and then do scans, you should do that with malwarebytes.
I also prefer to put all of my security programs on the deepest, fullest, scan, when I do scans.
What browser do you use?
The Left is trolling the hated conservatives with their newest hobbyhorse, the transgender.
The whole Bruce Jenner thing is a MASSIVE troll, which is why they're all writing articles about how great & awesome it is, to rub peoples' faces in it.
All you have to remember is that the medidiots are connoisseurs of Obama's nether regions (NAMBOLA - the North American Media-Barack Obama Love Asscoiation).
Banner ads are used by some hotel wifi. I thought that might be a thing of the past, but maybe not.
You have adware/malware ... even if you have a mac, which for a long time were immune, not so any more. They are not coming from here.
Probably someone here can point you to the best free anti-adware software. If you search the internet yourself, you will actually only wind up downloading more bad stuff from people claiming to be offering free anit-adware/virus/malware software.
I pay for eset, and use the free version of super antispyware. I update it every morning and run for spyware, it just takes a few minutes.
I’m on internet explorer, windows 8.1
Windows?
You might check your Control Panel >> Programs >> Programs and Features >> Uninstall
Sort by date and see if any new programs were installed about the time the pop-ups started.
No new programs since a printer driver in February. I’m starting to think super antispyware isn’t up to the job.
Malwarebytes antimalware It’s free and it worked for me several years ago.
There are no ads on FR.
I just want to know how we fight back before we lose another generation to these idiots. 2 out of my six nephews and nieces agree with this nonsense. that would have been unthinkable with me and my cousins.
and yes, their birthday and Christmas gifts will reflect their views.
Did you ask hotel staff if their wifi has advertising?
You have some virus or something.
Unfortunately it’s a guy who would likely look to his name tag if you asked what it is.
Did you say what browser you are using? They’re just general ads, no COMPUTER CRISIS!!! ads?
I suspect the hotels wifi, based on your description of circumstances. Never hurts to scan as people have suggested however. Good luck!
Internet explorer on window 8.1. What I meant by general was that it was a company I recognized, like Geico or something similar
Actually, I watched the first two episodes. Pretty heart-warming.
Now, it would appear that SeeBS figures that they have reeled in a big audience and now they’re going to spring this on their audience. They probably should not have let the ‘cats’ out of the bag.
Oh, and it’s a bi-fecta.
Not only homosexual, but inter-racial, as well.
I have Super anti-spyware and malwarebytes on my computer, both free.
I use super anti-spyware to get rid of cookies, and as a second opinion scan, but malware bytes is more aggressive, and it is the best of those two.
Do you run adblock plus as you surf?
isn’t that sweet. /s
i used to love watching history during the day and working at night. network tv is a joke.
i liked Netflix until last night when i saw they have a gay and lesbian dropdown in their browse list. but what is one to do, stop using everything? am i to stop using Netflix because of that? what do we do and how do we fight back?
You need to go to your extensions in settings and turn them all off and then delete them, it is very easy.
I do not run adblock plus. I’ve always thought that if you have too many programs like this they may not play well together. I’m by no means a computer expert.
