Texas Sen. Ted Cruz poked fun at reporters at a town hall event last week, saying hed send a condolence note to reporters and editors that would have to check themselves into therapy if he were elected president.
Let me start by saying if Im elected, January 2017, I suppose the first thing I should do is send flowers and a note of condolences to all of the reporters and editors whove check themselves into therapy, said Cruz to radio host Jeff Kuhner at a WRKO town hall event.

Not only would I like to see Cruz elected President because he's the best conservative candidate, but it would be so much fun to see liberal heads exploding every single day.

It’s about time we had a chief executive with a real sense of humor.

The only thing better than that would be if he picked Palin and his running mate and they got elected. Then you would REALLY see the heads exploding. They would be foaming at the mouth on the ground having seizures. Can you just imagine the flood of absolute bile that would be spewing from the media on a daily basis if that every happened?

I can see them spending every waking moment... disregarding any pertinent news story of the day... trying to conjure up a “fake but accurate” stories about Cruz.

Here’s a YouTube, audio-only rebroadcast of the entire speech:

Fast forward to 8:30 to skip the preambles and go right to the beginning of his speech.
Highly recommended, and since this is audio-only, those on dialup should also be able to listen.

Next on the list: Call AG Lynch and the commie at EPA, Gina McCarthy, have your resignation on my desk and your office cleaned in one hour. Then escorted out of their office, thrown into a van and driven to Fort Marcy park like Vince foster, only this time dropped off alive.

Ted Cruz: First Thing Ill Do As President Is Send Flowers And Condolences To Reporters.. I like how this man thinks. Not many politicians recognize how much of an enemy the media has become.

That’s the attitude. Perfect, putting them on notice that we know who you are, we know your game and we can still have fun and be of good humor in the face of such journalistic corruption.

The very first thing President Cruz (or President Walker) should do is ask the Brits for the return of the Churchill bust. Second, put in a call to the Canuks about a certain pipeline...

Sadly, that’s not the real enemy. The entrenched federal bureaucracy is a far greater problem, and they’re overwhelmingly leftist. And it’s next to impossible to fire them.

It defangs the media somewhat and makes them irreverent in people’s eyes.
To: afsnco
And Ted Cruz is the only one who has even suggested that he'll take them on.

Easy, if you can’t fire them, defund them, give them all pinks slips.
With a little thank you note : we are sorry for this belated thank you note , but you won’t be needed anymore, good luck in the private sector.
Jolly Ho
Sincerly President Ted Cruz
