I have been watching the 1950s version of Superman on ME-TV.
The special effects are poor even for the 50s and Superman’s suit looks like they bought it at Goodwill.
Despite that, it is entertaining. The stories are pretty good and the actors are too. I particularly like Perry Smith “Great Caesar’s Ghost” and “Don’t Call Me Chief”.

I’m currently watching this (for the second time) on my phone. It looks *awesome*! And this from a guy who hates tv!

Melissa is a cute girl. She was on Glee and *ahem* appeared on an episode of Homeland.

I’m shocked. It was impressive!
Hopefully poor Supergirl will escape the curse of that 1984 movie and have something successful.
Although Cat Grant was never that much of a b***h in the comics.

Looks like it might be fun. Lead actress is trying a little too hard, though, IMO.
And what’s with Jimmy Olsen? He’s . . . you know, not wearing a bowtie.

Supergirl is blonde. And I'm sure that's not the only way they'll mess up the story.

Just watched the YouTube. Excellent — I will enjoy this.

Doomed for failure. Nice production values, but miscast. Plus the story is screwed up since Supergirl is supposed to actually be a young teen, not a young woman. Look at the high negative count on the video.

I think they mean “Current Re-Hash”. How many times can they reboot something and act like it’s new. Good grief.

Love those thigh-high boots there!
But I won't watch it...if it is on television, they will make it some kind of hideously PC kind of thing with people of all races and roles represented in some way, but...I am sure there are people that will enjoy it.

Is Supergirl going to have spare “Supergirl robots” hidden in hollowed-out tree trunks to occasionally help hide her secret identity from her high-school chums?

Really liked it a lot --- though we've got the obligatory swipe at Fox News (Bill O'Reilly), pandering to the racists (the not-so-token black actor playing "James" Olsen), and the lesbian comment.
Other than that ...
