This is a patented material called Frubber, which is short for flesh rubber. I think Fred MacMurray made a movie about that. However, not being Japanese, he was able to say the word without mispronouncing it.

She looks Chinese. There is a difference in the eyes. They did not make them with identical curvature, just like real humans. Nice touch.
I think that I would prefer robots to not look too much like humans.
