Vanity post.
My first, and probably only, as I am not prone to doing so. I read FR mostly on my Android phone. Recently the thread comments are showing up in an impossibly small font height. The initial post, the plea for donations, as well as some comments are in a legible size, but most comments are unreadable. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it a recent Android bug? I am logged in, and am going to take a shower while I wait to try and read the impossibly small replies from fellow FReepers.
Thank you for this post! I’m having exact same problem and I’m pissed!
Doesn’t happen with internet Explorer browser. So it must be phones and tablets.
Go to the Google Play thing and download Firefox and see if it works better
It was the best of Times New Roman, it was the worst of Times New Roman.......
On my Android FR comes up in small font, with the right side column crowding the page.
A double-tap on the screen enlarges the messages to full screen and the right columns are gone.
Same problem here on Windows 8.1 and Chrome.
There was a Chrome update dated 4/17. I wonder if that caused it.

That could explain it.
Have any of you tried signing out of free republic so the custom display settings are not applied?
Everything will be just fine.
Yes, I am seeing the same thing on my Galaxy tablet. Some of the posts display at normal size, and some are microscopic size. I can’t see any pattern or rhyme or reason to it, it is just random through the threads.
Try using a computer instead of a phone.

I logged out, refreshed my browser, and logged back on. Problem still there. I’m thinking it may be related to the chrome upgrade mentioned a couple of posts ago.
Yes, come to think of it, this did start happening after that Chrome update of 4/17. Thanks.
The book does not hit shelves until May 5, but already the Republican Rand Paul has called its findings big news that will shock people and make voters question the candidacy of Hillary Rodham Clinton. Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich, by Peter Schweizer a 186-page investigation of donations made to the Clinton Foundation by foreign entities is proving the most anticipated and feared book of a presidential cycle still in its infancy.
