It's reported that Micro aggression is the new face of racism. It is unintentional yet powerful form of racism\sexism.

Racial experts have used examples such as a white guy asking an Asian person for help on homework or picking a black guy first to be on his basketball team.

As I thought about it, I fear i have been the victim of micro aggression several times in my life as well, and I have been feeling very troubled. I'm m sure I'm not alone here.

In what ways have people committed micro aggression towards you in the past?

I was always picked near-last in gym class teams in school. I always though it was because I sucked at sports. Little did I know I was a victim of macro-aggressions by those Alpha-Male sixth grade boys who excelled at sports. When do I get paid back for all my suffering?

I actually use the wonderful technique of saying “I feel your microaggression against me” when they start talking about privilege etc. Just use their words against them and laugh it off. It makes them really angry.

The only reason they make up these words is because gender/race studies grads have to make up new s**t to remain relevant.

This is actually a major issue in my Jewish community. All the time we are hearing: Do you know a good accountant? What's the P&L on such-and-such? What with metals, mining, and emerging markets? Prithee hast thou taken my Savior whose Earthly role thou and thy brethren mayest extinguish? And what-not. Frankly I don't know why the S.'s are complaining: Nobody wants to talk to us about professional sports.
