But why? I’d rather they simplify their menu so they could sell the Big Mac and Quarter Pounder for US$1.99 per sandwich.

I want my Angus Mushroom & Swiss back.

I remember buying a double cheeseburger at McDonald’s a few years ago. After unwrapping it, I got a little angry because it looked to be a single cheeseburger. But before I went to complain, I decided to disassemble the burger to have a closer look.
What I discovered was that there WAS a a two hamburger patties, but that they were so thin that they appeared to be one. I was able to separate the patties with my fingernail and then peel them apart.
I stopped going to McDonald’s after that...

In my area, which has been the founding location for many food chains, we have plenty to choose from.
McDonalds is not even close to the running.
Chipotle, I N Out Burgers, The Habit, Rubio’s,to name a few.

I’m stating to find McDonald’s food to really be gross.
I think I’ll stick with BK, especially since they’ve changed their fries and nuggets.

I oppose all the McDonald’s bashing I see; they provide decent food at very low prices for low-wage lunching workers. But seriously, McDonald’s? It’s not the 1/4 lb vs 1/3 lb or anything like that: the burgers just don’t taste like meat.

The place has become too expensive for what it is. Plus the burgers are dry as hell.

... the latest sign the chain is pushing to improve perceptions about the quality of its food. Legit concern. Rarely eat at McDonald's because their hamburgers are essentially tasteless. Their breakfast biscuits are OK and that's usually what I'm ordering anytime I visit a McDonald's. Which more often than not is at an airport ...
