46) We don’t have enough data of natural climate cycles lasting 60-70 years to determine if the “pause” is due to such natural cycles:

And I don’t think you can much about a cycle with just 1-2 cycles: e.g., what the actual period of the variability is, how regular it is, etc. You really need dozens of cycles to determine what the actual underlying variability looks like. That would lead me to the conclusion that ideology is over-riding physics and chemistry.
I used a shorter compilation of excuses just this past week in my latest “discussion” with an acquaintance who believes every “goreism” coming out of the scientifically illiterate masses.
He cannot believe (probably due to inability to grasp simple physics) that the causes given for so-called warming cannot work the way they are explained, and continued to insist that all the reports of warming pauses were made up.
When I confronted him with “escuses” for the pause and asked him why his so-called “experts” had to stoop to explaining something that didn’t exist, I had the pleasure of watching him to the famous liberal imitation of Jackie Gleason ....homina, homina...homina.......
Tame response. When I confront liberals with indisputable facts, the response I get is “F*ck you!” Then I know I’ve won the day!

I thought that Al Gore explained it the best: Global Warming causes the globe to warm up, or cool down, or something.
